Hello everybody hope you all are doing well. Im 21 years old and from Tennessee. I have recently reconnected with the Lord and it sure feels great to have his guidance in my life and know that I have such a loving and forgiving savior. I’ve been “saved” before but have never truly started repenting and wanting to live for God until now and it feels amazing so maybe I wasn’t truly saved until now. I just know I want to continue to strengthen my relationship with Jesus. Looking forward to talking to you all and hope you guys are having a blessed day/night.

Same here, I rejoiced to say a prayer and understand this verse…..

To be born again of the spirit.
But I was like this ……spiritually

And he looked up, and said,
I see men as trees, walking.
And I thought I was a christian because I went to church and believed in God.
I was very disappointed with the wrong doctrine I was taught, not even knowing what was right, also I never heard of being “saved.”
I thought repentance was going to church, believing and being born again.
After attending a Bible (word of God) believing church, I came to realise that I had not repented and been sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise.
I didn’t even know where I was going if I died.
Christians accepted me because they knew that I had prayed for salvation and I had been baptised. But I could not freely testify and had no assurance.
I didn’t understand fully.
But God opened my blinded eyes when I continued in prayer.
I didn’t want to die in my sleep, not knowing where I would go.
God is so faithful. He wanted also to be my King and Master, not just only Saviour.
