A devout Christian woman is a trustworthy lady. Young in age, she dreams, cherishes & 1 day, will live her God given role as a married or single woman. If remaining single, she may live for Jesus more consciously. If matrimony is her choice, her devotion & obedience to the Lord remains in action & joyous fulfillment. Whether single or married, thru trial & tribulation, she remains persistent with a smile knowing the joy to be received. Though she becomes nubile, she's not nubilous. The whole year she'll make herself benevolent to mankind. I never had kids but when the kids arrive she is in high gear, sacrificing her desires relentlessly & lovingly. The Christian woman is priceless, far beyond imagination. And she keeps the man operating in wisdom with her wisdom bonding relationships til heaven.

Your post reminded me of one of the most beautiful First Testament passages:

Proverbs 31:10-31

Epilogue: The Wife of Noble Character

A wife of noble character who can find?
She is worth far more than rubies.
She is clothed with strength and dignity;
she can laugh at the days to come.
She speaks with wisdom,
and faithful instruction is on her tongue.
She watches over the affairs of her household
and does not eat the bread of idleness.
Her children arise and call her blessed;
her husband also, and he praises her:
“Many women do noble things,
but you surpass them all.”
Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting;
but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.

I know of what I speak.

Just remember that that most wonderful, amazing, beautiful Christian woman still battles the sinful nature, and you'll see that up and close once you marry them.

Just keep in mind, if you want one of them women you gotta be the kind of man who is worthy of her.

Too much stress for me. I ain't going out looking for her.

I mean, if I happen to find her and we hit it off, I'll probably get off my butt and change. But I ain't going out hunting her.

Okay... umm... if this is veiled knock on my marriage and late wife. I may need to speak to the administrators about this dude.

Secondly, you are suggesting that Christian women have achieved perfection and no longer need to battle the sin nature. Get married bro, get married. Please. Life will teach what older wisdom could not.

My friend no offence to the departed ,I don't welcome threats really if be any chance the admin deletes this account or bans the profile it would be to the gain of where ever else the Lord leads me . I spoke concerning a "Christian woman" not "your wife" .
Secondly The believers walk is from Perfection to Perfection ,for the just shall live by faith Galatians 3:11(KJV) But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith. For only by having faith in God the father , he calls the believer clean so clean we are. The believer accepts this when he receives Mercy on redemption.

The first part addresses my first concern... but the second part does not.

I'm trying to convey this: Marriage is not a storybook romance of happily ever after with two perfect people. Even the best Christian sins, and that sin will occur within the marriage from time to time. The greatest Christian we know of wrote,

For I do not do the good I want to do, but the evil I do not want to do—this I keep on doing.

If he was guilty of this, your idealized Christian wife will be too. And... so will you.

Marriage to the right person can be great. My marriage was. But, she was not perfect. At times, she was a pain in the butt, and sometimes we had stupid arguments -- though I would have exchanged her for no one.

Good to know a bit is cleared up .apostle Paul is not the greatest Christian. Like the disciples of Christ I see you need to understand that the greatest is not by works .
Luke 22:25-26(KJV) And he said unto them, The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and they that exercise authority upon them are called benefactors.
But ye shall not be so: but he that is greatest among you, let him be as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that doth serve. No one is perfect till the day of the Lord Jesus .for it is written
Romans 7:18-19(KJV) For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not.
For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do.
Your wife is expected to model after perfection in her flesh but was perfect in spirit in Christ . God counts her perfect as a believer. God bless

After conversion, the Christian "battles" the "flesh" (world and the Devil) and not the "sin nature"! Gal 5v16-26, 1John 2v13-17, 2Cor 5v17, Rom 8v1-4.

Rom 7v5-25 is Paul's PRE-conversion experience, not his POST-conversion experience!

After Paul's conversion, he said "I discipline my body and bring it into subjection..." 1Cor 9v24-27

He said that the good he wants to do he doesn't do, and vice versa. He said this. That means that his "old man" was not yet dead. It won't be until our bodies have died. Unfortunately. Our records are wiped clean, but our sinful tendencies are not completely eradicated. They weaken as we are sanctified over time, but we will still trip up. Every day, in fact. Thus, so will the "perfect" Christian wife.

Have fun guys. Wish I could be a fly on your walls when you get married.
