Bigot, [definition]
a person who is obstinately or unreasonably attached to a belief, opinion, or faction, especially one who is prejudiced

Theres much evidence, that love is also a choice of yes and no 😊

My research suggests there is much evidence of God condemning religious bigots right through out the bible, basically God condemned people on what they knew.

But theres not much evidence of God condemning people for evidence they never had or did not know.

Abraham would be a classic example of this.

He never met Jesus or knew Jesus, but yet God loved him.

Abraham never knew what the trinity was but yet God still loved him.

It's would also stand to reason then, if a person in this day and age said no I don't believe your idea of the trinity,
Or said no I don't believe in Jesus, it's not upto a religious bigots to condem them.

But up to God to love them and show them

Just my interpretation of religious bigots,

Hope to hear yours soon. 😊

I agree that condemnation is always wrong, and I'd like to do less of it as well as see less of it in others.

Still, I believe that we are obligated, by our calling in Christ, to lovingly present the truth to others especially if they demonstrate error according to the Scriptures. I don't think that we should judge folks outside the Church nor point out their individual sins. They usually don't care about sin or are totally unaware of sin in the first place.

We present the truth in a humble manner and then let the Holy Spirit do His work.

The word "bigot" is over used and cringe worthy.

These days a person is considered a "bigot" "condemning" "intolerant" or "hateful" by saying truth exists.

Seems to me people want want LOVE/tolerance without TRUTH which is actually hypocrisy.

Christians need to be careful and discerning in times like these.

Today Christians who hold to Gospel truth and Bible truth are in fact called "bigots" by those who reject the Bible, reject Christ, and reject Christianity. That is nothing new. So it all depends on which side you are aligned with.
It's would also stand to reason then, if a person in this day and age said no I don't believe your idea of the trinity, Or said no I don't believe in Jesus, it's not up to a religious bigots to condemn them.
You should understand the difference between "condemnation" and the exposing of false teachings. There is no such thing as "your idea of the trinity". The doctrine of the Holy Trinity is a Bible doctrine. There is ONE God eternally existent as three divine persons -- God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. This is SOLID BIBLE DOCTRINE. So those who reject it are the bigots. They are bigoted against God and Christ, and want to create a god after their own imaginations.

Abraham never knew what the trinity was but yet God still loved him.
He didn't deny the trinity and He trusted God and believed Him.

It's would also stand to reason then, if a person in this day and age said no I don't believe your idea of the trinity,
Everyone here who believes the trinity believes what the Word says. It's not our "version" it's there in black and white. You believe the Word or you don't, period.

Or said no I don't believe in Jesus, it's not upto a religious bigots to condem them.
If a person doesn't believe in Jesus they are condemned already, that's also in the Bible.

But up to God to love them and show them
No, it's up to us to show them the truth of God's Word, the Good News. But that is talking about sinners. That's not talking about your friend who denies the trinity no matter what the Word says. When you deny the Word you cannot claim to be a Christian. You're fooling yourself.

Just my interpretation of religious bigots,

Hope to hear yours soon. 😊
No, that's just you trying to cover for your friend. People have shared multiple verses from the Word showing the truth that Jesus is God. For you to call these people religious bigots is way beyond the pale, especially considering people who deny the truth that Jesus is God are usually banned here. So don't try to act like this is some thread you just came up with and not a thread to bash people who are telling the truth in another thread to your friend who denies the trinity. That person seems like a nice person, I have agreed with them on other points they have made and I have no personal issue with them. But the Word is true, Jesus is God. And you calling me a religious bigot isn't going to change that truth or stop me from sharing that truth.

Abraham did not meet Jesus but he did speak with GOD. He was a prophet and his obedience was accounted to him as Righiouness.

In those in the word of God Abraham was a Mighty man of God.

outside of iron sharpening iron, there is a responsibility for not allowing the translation and interpretation of the Word of God to go beyond Truth into personal insight.

Discernment is a Gift that is literally 24/7/365 until you die and does nothing but JUDGES, the spirits around you, how the Word of God is being presented, keeping the Body of Christ according to the Word of God, and smacking down the Wolves and Impostor's.

why do you think GOD gave some of us DISCERNMENT?

to live by it and USE it!

Actually that is false. Abraham met Jesus several times. So you need to study what is in the Bible instead of making things up as you go along.

Nice try, looks like you've lost the gift of tounges again.

Speaking in tounges acts 2

Peter said the father can be called lord and so can the son.
Act 2.
The Lord said to my Lord:
“Sit at my right hand
35 until I make your enemies
a footstool for your feet.”’[f]

Do you always respond with NONSENSE? What does Abraham have to do with tongues? You claimed that Abraham never met Jesus and that was pure baloney.

Isaiah 9:6 declares that the child born to the virrgin would be called Everlasting Father, Ruler of peace, comforter, counselor, God Almighty, and more. This says to my heart that God will be what He will be, and by faith, I do not need toquesstion this truth, but I do believe it.
The word, Trinity, does not appear in the Word, nor is it necessary. Faith settles all. God bless you and all here, amen.

Jeremiah 4:22
"For My people are fools; they have not known Me. They are foolish children, without
understanding. They are skilled in doing evil, but they know not how to do good."

Jeremiah 8:8
How can you say, 'We are wise, and the Law of the LORD is with us,'
when in fact the lying pen of the scribes has produced a deception?

Jeremiah 10:14
Every man is senseless and devoid of knowledge; every goldsmith is put to shame
by his idols. For his molten images are a fraud, and there is no breath in them.

Psalm 81:12
So I gave them up to their stubborn hearts to follow their own devices.

Isaiah 44:18
They do not comprehend or discern, for He has shut their eyes so
they cannot see and closed their minds so they cannot understand.

Psalm 94:8
Take notice, O senseless among the people! O fools, when will you be wise?

No, you wouldn't. You've been shown and you refuse to admit you're wrong. The problem is that pits your opinion against Biblical truth.

“But theres not much evidence of God condemning people for evidence they never had or did not know.”

amen to this part

“And that servant, which knew his Lord's will, and prepared not himself, neither did according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes.

But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes.

For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭12:47-48‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.”
‭‭James‬ ‭4:17‬ ‭

The more you know the more your own accountability raises but the more you know doesn’t change anyone else’s accountability the secret is to only judge your own self by what you personally know and let God work in others to judge thier own selves

Let us not therefore judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother's way.

Hast thou faith? have it to thyself before God. Happy is he that condemneth not himself in that thing which he alloweth……..: for whatsoever is not of faith is sin.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭14:13, 22-23‬ ‭a

“And when they were come to the place, which is called Calvary, there they crucified him, and the malefactors, one on the right hand, and the other on the left. Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭23:33-34‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Jesus said unto them, If ye were blind, ye should have no sin: but now ye say, We see; therefore your sin remaineth.”
‭‭John‬ ‭9:41‬

If any man have ears to hear, let him hear. And he said unto them, Take heed what ye hear: with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you: and unto you that hear shall more be given. For he that hath, to him shall be given: and he that hath not, from him shall be taken even that which he hath.

And he said, So is the kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed into the ground; and should sleep, and rise night and day, and the seed should spring and grow up, he knoweth not how.

For the earth bringeth forth fruit of herself;

first the blade,

then the ear,

after that the full corn in the ear.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭4:23-28‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Not many of you should become teachers, my fellow believers, because you know that we who teach will be judged more strictly.”
‭‭James‬ ‭3:1‬ ‭NIV‬‬

The more we know the more we are going to be accountable for but also we’re given the ability to walk by the faith we allow

I was hoping we wouldn't go down the unreasonable route.

Show me in the many scriptures you claim. where Abraham met Jesus,

And we will study them with comparison, where other mighty men of the old talked to father.

Hopefully in a reasonable conduct.

Where? Please link to a post that shows where the Trinity is found in the Bible "in black and white."

...
Already been shown by several people. All kinds of verses given as proof. You deny the Word.
