If LGBTQ people choose to believe God has made them the way they are and still choose to love God, who can blame them when birth defects of intersex chromosomes are now proven.

Reading from the above sex is only determined on what there genitals look like. And in extreme cases what appears to be the more dominant of mixed genitals on the out side but not the inside

Sexual orientation is only determined by social values.

So the argument is for people with mixed intersex chromosomes should have the right to choose there identity based on how they feal inside when they get older, as a lot of cases can't be fully determined until puberty when they show signs.

This is why the law protects theese people.

what about people born with mixed intersex chromosomes ?



Studies confirms it effects 1 in 100 people.

In very rare case babies are born with a mix of female and male genitals.

In the not so rare case it effects them differently from having a mix of tissue cells of both male and female.

In other cases it's not identified until later in. life.

If such a person feals they are more female than male inside or vice versa they can be granted a sex change by a hospital.

Which means what ?

They can not at this moment in time prove mixed intersex chromosomes effect there sexual orientation or gender.

But obviously recognise how they feel inside is important.

The passage you speak of people in Deuteronomy 23.1 could be about transgenders but it may not be.

Secondly the very next verse in Deuteronomy says bastards will not enter the assembly
