When Pence was Governor of Indiana he signed the Religious Freedom Restoration Act which was supposed to protect Christians from government infringement on their freedom of religion. But after the LGBTQ crowd started putting pressure on the lawmakers they caved and added an amendment that would "fix" the law and protect the perverts from any so-called discrimination. Pence caved to the pressure and signed the fix. Then he spent over a quarter million dollars of taxpayer money to rehabilitate Indiana's image.

Pence seems to have his heart in the right place but I'm not sure he can be trusted to stand firm for the rights of Christians after this debacle. Maybe he's learned from his experiences and wouldn't make the same mistake again, but who knows.

I'm not feeling too sorry for him, and his $35 million he's guaranteed to get this season!

Nor for the jets who spent so much money on a 40 year old QB! There ain't many over 40 good QBs in NFL history. With the VERY notable exception of Mr. Brady.
bro! Vinny Testaverde, Warren Moon, Doug Flutie, and Brett Farve :D

He definitely has his heart in the right place, but he seems to have issues with uttering the word “no!”.

Well. Out of that bunch only Favre got a Super Bowl ring. And he got that when he was 28!

ONLY Tom Brady has ever won a Super Bowl being over the age of 40. (43).

The odds were pretty terrible Aaron Rodgers would have been the second.

Never in my wildest thoughts would I have put a 40 year old Doug Flutie in a list of great quarterbacks. I would also say that Vinnie Testaverde is a reach.

Warren Moon and Bret Favre were definitely great quarterbacks, but what did they do after 40?

The only quarterbacks who truly made a mark after 40 were Brady and the guy who kicked a 68 yard field goal.

Also, Brady was paid $15 million for that year at Tampa Bay, Favre got $35 million!

Bro....I recommend a double short expresso and a take a deep whiff. Then guzzle it down. And wake up.
This comment didn't produce anything.
It didn't provide any evidence as to why one should consider Pences a devout Christian candidate or not.

i'm glad we're talking football. i feel like a couple of thousand posts on Trump v Biden is plenty. lol

btw... i cheated. asked my husband for the names of some old guy QBs in the NFL. :giggle:
forgot to mention they had to be good!

the only names i knew were Favre and good ole Johnny Unitas! though my dad watched so much football i could tell you every QB of the late 60s and early 70s AND what team they played for. hhhhhhhhh
dad played in high school and college (U of M). but that was a looong time ago. he was a QB, too, but he was a better dad. :)

I never cared for Pence...from the first month of Trumps' official office as President. I think I have been justified in my opinion of the man.

Pompous, self-righteous and a lesson in why you should not just follow blindly just because someone says 'I prayed about it so that is why I am doing...whatever.'

smh

Got to protect the Khazarian mafia or else they will rat him out.
War with China will destroy the open door to the gospel there. It will also result in massive Christian persecution.
War with Russia will kill multitudes of those who have yet to receive Jesus.

Sick. It must never happen.

Trump's reticence to wage ceaseless mindless endless war is the real reason for his troubles IMO.
