I know that there are more eschatological views than I can think of. Here are the ones that I can think of, and therefore I reject.

Amillennialism.
Postmillennialism.
Premillennialism. This includes Dispensationalism.

What can we learn from each other and the Bible, without letting our Theology get in the way?

Genesis 1:1 NASB20 - In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

Bereshit (Genesis) - Chapter 1

1In the beginning of God's creation of the heavens and the earth. אבְּרֵאשִׁ֖ית בָּרָ֣א אֱלֹהִ֑ים אֵ֥ת הַשָּׁמַ֖יִם וְאֵ֥ת הָאָֽרֶץ:

Bereshit is pronounced Behraysheet. It means "In beginning".

In beginning He created Gods (God) the heavens and the earth.

Or, In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

May I ask why you went from talking about eschatology, which is a study of the last days, to talking about the very first verse of the Bible or what happened in the beginning?

Simply because we must start on the right foot.
Okay.

That makes sense (which is a rarity in this section of the forum).

Do you believe that Jesus (although he probably was not known by that name at that time) is the one who did the creating in the beginning?

That is one possible view. I do not hold to that, but I have seen translations of the Bible that basically say that is the case.

You have already admitted to being an agnostic in one of your Trinity threads. We don’t need yet another thread by you.

I have heard that eschatology is the study of the end times.
https://www.etymonline.com/search?q=eschatology

eschatology (n.)

1834, from Latinized form of Greek eskhatos "last, furthest, uttermost, extreme, most remote" in time, space, degree (from PIE *eghs-ko-, suffixed form of *eghs "out;" see ex-) + -ology. In theology, the study of the four last things (death, judgment, heaven, hell). Related: Eschatological; eschatologically.

Our English word "eschatology" is derived from the Greek word "eskhatos", and this word appears 54 times in the underlying Greek of the New Testament. In most cases, it is translated into English as "last".

Do you know what the millennium is?
https://www.etymonline.com/search?q=millennialism

millennialism (n.)

1906, "millenarianism, belief in the coming or presence of the (Christian) millennium," from millennial + -ism. Related: Millennialist.

millennial (adj.)

1660s, "pertaining to the millennium," from stem of millennium + -al (1). Meaning "pertaining to a period of 1,000 years" is from 1807. As a noun from 1896, originally "a thousandth anniversary." From 1991 as a generational name for those born in the mid-1980s and thus coming of age around the year 2000.

post-millennial (adj.)

also postmillennial, "relating to what may occur in the period following the millennium," 1831, from post- "after" + millennial; chiefly in reference to the Protestant doctrine that the second coming of Christ will occur after, not at, the Christian millennium. Related: Post-millennialism; post-millennialist.

https://www.etymonline.com/search?q=millennium

millennium (n.)

1630s, "the 1,000-year period of Christ's anticipated rule on Earth" (Revelation xx.1-5); from Modern Latin millennium, from Latin mille "thousand" (see million) + annus "year" (see annual); formed on analogy of biennium, triennium, etc. For vowel change, see biennial. General (non-theological) sense of "an aggregate of 1,000 years, a period or interval of 1,000 years" is attested by 1711. Meaning "the year 2000 A.D." is attested by 1970.
[T]he men of the modern world—up to a generation ago anyway—saw 2000 as a millennial year in the light of science. Men were then to be freed of want, misery, and disease; reason and advanced technology would rule; all would finally be for the best in what would then be the undoubted best of all possible worlds. [T]he men of the modern world—up to a generation ago anyway—saw 2000 as a millennial year in the light of science.
Remember, Hosea 5:14-15[,6:1-3] informs us that the "after TWO days" and "IN the THIRD day" [time prophecy] only commences to be factored AFTER the part about "I shall tear and go away" ("I will go and return to My place TILL"), meaning, only counted from the point in time following His ascension (which was in 32ad, or thereabouts).

So the natural man's "guess" of its starting at the year "2000" was simply a guess (not exactly a "biblically-informed" guess ;) ).

As to Jer49:39, your verse in post #14, consider a couple of factors:

"Jeremiah 49:39 NASB20 - 'But it will come about in the last days That I will restore the fortunes of Elam,'" Declares the LORD."

Acts 3:21 states, "whom indeed it behooves heaven to receive until the times of restoration of all things of which God spoke by the mouth of His holy prophets from the age." [i.e. by the mouth of the OT prophets]

This verse (Acts 3:21) means that Christ's having gone up to heaven (at His ascension) INTERVENES for a time-period (the "UNTIL" part) BEFORE the "restoration of ALL THINGS of which God spoke by...";
then (at the right time for it to commence) there is what he's calling "the TIMES OF restoration" (it will unfold...).
