Unsweetened baker's cocoa powder works as a digestive aid for me. I have Candida and IBS, and allergies. But lately, I am able to prevent myself from getting constipated, through eating a teaspoonful of this with every meal. Taking this powder might bother some people's stomach's at least temporarily. It used to make me throw up if I ate more than a teaspoonful of it per day. But not any more.
