This is a video by an ex service with combat experience in Iraq. It seems pretty balanced and factual to me. It's half an hour long. If you want a condensed version of events since Hamas took over Gaza, I think you will find this helpful.

There is a brief history of Gaza since the Hamas take over as a background to the current war. 30 minutes or so is not enough for anything but an overview.
I have an appreciation for history. I love to learn. However, I typically like reading books or watching movies from the beginning instead of the tail end, otherwise, I may miss the point altogether.

History is interesting yet we must understand everything is now and going forward in relationship with the Lord. Nothing happens in the past.
Both Putin and Erdogan are speaking of sending troops to invade Israel, so which one is the "King of the north" in scripture? Perhaps both?

I think they mean "What Israel is about to Do Will CONTINUE to Shock the World!" I've been shocked at the war crimes Israel has done, is doing, and will continue to do.

Has Israel nuked a city of 2 million reducing it to rubble? Because that seems to be what Isaiah 17:1 is saying will happen.

You win. If they do this, then that would be more shocking.

Curious what you think the chance of that happening in the next year? 5 years? etc...

I'm a little worried about Turkey to be quite honest. It sounds like they have had a enough of what Israel has been doing.

I think that this will happen prior to the rapture. I think the rapture takes place prior to the 70th week and I think the 70th week will be when Israel begins to have the sacrifices and oblations again, whether in a temple or the tabernacle.

Turkey is part of the Ezekiel 38 war, but not in Psalm 83. I think we go from Psalm 83 to Ezekiel 38 and the bridge between the two I think is Damascus becoming a ruinous heap.
