Thursday 7-6-23 5th. Day Of The Weekly Cycle, Tammuz 17 5783, 16th. Summer Day
Hello, I have been thinking about the OP and the different posts, but have not received any revelation on what Jesus was talking about to Nicodemus. But I'm glad to have an understanding of these views on this thread and more on other site forums.
I was looking at: It is by scripture we as Christians are not Born Again until we are caught up to be with Christ
1 Thessalonians 4:17, and 1 Corinthians 15:51-58
But here are some views from Bing:
In Christianity, being born again means having a spiritual renewal or change of heart by accepting Jesus as the Savior and Lord.
It is not about physical birth or external requirements, but about receiving salvation and becoming part of God’s family1.
The phrase “born again” is frequently misinterpreted. Looking at its primary reference, we see that its meaning is not about physical birth, but about experiencing a spiritual renewal. It is an expression used by many Protestants to define the moment or process of fully accepting faith in Jesus Christ.
It is an experience when the teachings of Christianity and Jesus become real, and the “born again” acquire a personal relationship with God2.
Also, we will be in prayer about this process.
Bible Gateway passage: John 3:3-8, Colossians 1:15-18, Romans 8:29, Revelation 1:5, 1 Corinthians 15:50, Galatians 4:26, 2 John 1, 2 John 13, Revelation 12:1-5, Hebrews 12:23, Malachi 3:1 - King James Version
Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born? Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say...

there’s a promise that if we persevere in faith we will lost mortality and be clothed with immortality as the dead are raised in the end of the world
“Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but
we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and
the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
For
this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and
this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?”
1 Corinthians 15:51-55
We are of faith faith hears and believes what God said but we have to understand it’s something that’s going to later be fulfilled according to his plan in the gospel like gods words always have come to pass on due time
“So then
faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by
the word of God.”
Romans 10:17 KJV
a just a quick thought of this if we hadn’t heard Jesus tell us belief in him is eternal life no one could believe that no one would have that faith God has to say something and we have to hear it innorder for us to expect and accept it is the idea faith is based only on the promises Jesus made his disciples that’s the source of faith
why I’m saying this is to make the point salvstion is a promise that we believe we’re going to receive if we remain with the lord in faith . The confusion of this is because we know Gods promise is sure the check is already in the mail we know God doesn’t lie so we know if we stick with Jesus and follow after our lord we are certainly going to be saved in the end made immortal at the coming of Christ that is our hope
“
If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.
Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.
For
ye are dead, and
your life is hid with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.”
Colossians 3:1-4 KJV
See it says there we’ve already died and are risen but obviously we’re all alive still it’s speaking by faith regarding baptism into Christs death (Roman’s chapter 6 ) he’s saying we died and are raised with Christ because
“Know ye not, that
so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: ( you died ) that like
as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.”( your new life is on Christ now )
Romans 6:3-4 KJV
see this is doctrine it isnt telling us natural things but spiritual things though physically we haven’t died and rose we aren’t physically made immortal yet we haven’t actually been saved yet but we have faith that promise of Jesus that we
shall be saved if we believe
Salvstion is a promise of faith dorectly from God to mankind in the gospel it sounds confusing but remember faith speaks as though it has already received the thing it is seeking
so if we seek salvation we speak by faith as if we’ve received already but this shouldn’t be construed into what it’s not also very true and relevant is what happens if we don’t repent and start following the lord
that promise is there also so we can’t construe it into some unconditional already completed thing we have to persevere in faith and we know that it’s absolute we shall in the end be saved if we don’t turn back from the lord
when jesus returns mortality ends and immortality begins but as of now we do have his absolutely sure word of these things that is the structure of our faith
