Why does “Protestant America” have a Supreme Court with a Catholic majority?

Whelp so much for my theory. I don't see Protestants doing any better. Now we're saying no one will vote for strict abortion laws and thats why Republicans aren't winning. Who knows?

The United States has no official mandated religion due to the first amendment, which in effect declares freedom from religion. In practice has been Protestant in the decision that were made for nearly all of our history. To date we have only elected two Catholic presidents.

Please take a lot at the list of all 116 US Supreme Court Justices attached. There were 5 Catholic justices appointed between 1789 and 1956, that is 167 years . Things started trending away from the historical appointment of Protestants with Ronald Reagan who appointed to Catholic Justices Antonin and Kennedy. George H. Bush appointed Justice Thomas in 1991, then George W. Bush appointed two, Justices Roberts and Alito, Obama appointed Sotomayor and Trump appointed Kavanaugh. It appears that the shift in the last 32 years may indicate some particular agenda which has not been openly discussed.

By the way we have had only two Catholic presidents, Kennedy and Biden.

Catholics go to Catholic schools and get a better education than most people. The schools are known for standards amd rigor.

I'm confused (again).....I have been searching the Constitution for the clause that make this a "Protestant America". I looked for "Protestant Nation," "Protestant United States", even "Protestant Majority" but just can't find it.

Over the course of history all but two presidents have been "Not Catholic" and a large majority of Supreme Court Justices have been "Not Catholic". The Catholic church has been a persecuting power whenever it dominates a nation and a great partner when they are attempting to take over. All that stands between this nation and "Catholic America" is the Constitution which is presently being interpreted by a Catholic majority.

Which doesn't even matter because the President's religion does not represent the entire country. To say America is a "Protestant Nation" is incorrect.
