Never heard of the 'Whose your Daddy?' show. Is Mauri Povich the host?
HA! Yeah he would have been a good fit for that show.

No, it was somebody I've never heard of, and they only aired the pilot. They did six other episodes that later got put on a streaming service somewhere. It was not very well received either way.

Can't be worse than that show where people guess who their real fathers are. "Who's Your Daddy?"

Make it a date instead of a marriage proposal though. If they get to date the person their feet match, you might have a real show here.
It's probably not shocking enough if they just go on a date. Now, if they married based on such stupid criteria, that might be a show. I still think they'd have a better chance of success if they got never-before-married with no kids... and no gay or trans contestants.. than the 'Married at First Sight" show. I was reading about that show, I think they had about an 11% success rate of marriages staying together over so many years, which is a lot lower than if people met through normal dating. My hypotheses is that foot size would be a better predictor of success than those 'experts' putting people together--- not that foot size is worth anything as a predictor variable.

You need to try Italian Panatone. It's what fruitcake is supposed to be.
Aldi has that. It's delicious. Nothing at all like commercially available fruit cake.

I coulda swore I already mentioned panettone in this thread...

People want to put their private and personal lives on tv so others can watch?
why.

Boring tho one of my friends she and her husband are hooked. I did not know the bride was trans. She exclaimed. I said why did she not have an adams apple?

Oh the voice probably gave it away she said, on second thought.

Im like there you go.

If they did not have shows like this, nobody would watch tv right.

Theyd be too busy filming their own dramas on the webcams located in their own phones to watch other peoples

Well, you spelled it correctly which is probably why I missed it.

Honestly I can't take credit. Android speech-to-text spelled it for me.

So far, no fruitcake, but I have two morning teas coming up and someone is bound to come up with some 'mince pies' or something. Ugh. I am too polite to say I HATE Christmas food (to the host)

If having mince pies, can they just be normal ones like mincemeat not fruit mince!

Glad to have some limits on how English our food is here in America....

Mincemeat doesn't sound all that bad. Do they mince up kidneys and put them in the pies, too?

Well just come back from morning tea and there WERE fruit mince pies, but actually they were nice because my host put them in the air fryer.

Most of the times you get them and they are cold, or worse, microwaved. ugh!

I was asked if I liked fruitcake and I made a face and said no. It does not sound like something I can eat.

Yes there are steak and kidney pies in New Zealand. But I never eat them. The only meat pies that I eat given at the bakery is potato top pie or steak and mushroom. Otherwise there is mince and cheese...but those on kosher diets it will be strictly forbidden. They could never eat a christmas ham either.

I can't eat christmas ham. I mean I can, but it's not something I ever look forward to every year.

If making a fruitcake can it just be ONE fruit and not all mixed up unidentifiable fruits.

Like banana cake, or ...apple cake. Please?
