The "Deliverer" is none other than the Lord Jesus Christ. After His Second Coming the twelve tribes will be redeemed and restored (but only those who repent and believe on Him) and they will be given their allotted portions of land in "Greater Israel" (from the Nile to the Euphrates). That is the area promised to Abraham for his descendants.

This does not affect the Church and what it means to God and Christ. But it just shows how ignorant some Christians are about the future of Israel (not the unbelieving nation state we see today). All Jews worldwide will be gathered to the land of Israel by God and apparently only one third of them will be saved. But they all will go through the "time of Jacob's trouble".

Note: this is not a question of the twelve tribes being "exceptional". It has more to do with God honoring His covenants.
