Howdy everyone Joe here and excited to tell you all I got my own place to live now😀
been rough in fact I'm broke right now lol but, it's worth it to me😁👍
mainly peace of mind and doing what I believe is right are great things,but, moreover just felt it was time and that I'm doing the right thing hope to be more active here again, finally got a good budget I'm confident in so shouldn't be too much to worry about😀

oh I know golly you know how tough it is to literally have like no time to even talk to people online?
I mean sheesh all I kept doing was babysitting my dad's side of the family, now I got a new born nephew on my Mom's side Bro had been trying for years truly a miracle baby😀
gotta have time to spend with my new nephew😀🥳
