How do I know if I committed that sin
The fact that you're questioning says you haven't. Those who fall away don't come back. The fact that you're repentant and are attempting to live righteously, despite your .... our .... imperfections.

Keep in mind what the Apostle Paul says:

"Although I want to do good, evil is right there with me. 22 For in my inner being I delight in God’s law; 23 but I see another law at work in me, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within me. 24 What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body that is subject to death? 25 Thanks be to God, who delivers me through Jesus Christ our Lord!
So then, I myself in my mind am a slave to God’s law, but in my sinful nature a slave to the law of sin." - Romans 7:21-25 NIV

A lot of people say that if I’m concerned then I couldn’t have committed the unpardonable sin but what if I committed it when I was living in unbelief for all those years ? And what exactly is the unpardonable sin and if you committ it why is your conscience seared ?

Autocorrect 🤦‍♀️ I meant I’m still trying to figure out if I can come back to the Lord because I fell away into rejecting the faith

Oh okay, lol! Yeah, God will take you back if you want to come back to Him. I rebelled against Him at one time because I was mad at Him. He had to chastise me, but He understood that even though I was angry at Him (it was out of not understanding Him or knowing Him well enough), He knew I didn't want to leave Him and wanted to work this conflict out with Him.

And He did!

He will do the same for you! The thing is, sometimes God will let you go away from Him for a while, like the prodigal son, because when you come back to Him, then you really know for sure why you want to be with Him. That's what happened with me. :)

Anyway, I already see you as having come back to Him. So welcome home, Sister in Christ! 🎊 :D 🎉

A lot of people say that if I’m concerned then I couldn’t have committed the unpardonable sin but what if I committed it when I was living in unbelief for all those years?
There's only one sin unto death, although there are many unpardonable sins. For instance, you may do something after you have become a Christian that is partly willful, and partly through failure to exercise the proper self-control that you might have exercised. To that extent it was your will that sinned; to that degree it was a willful sin; to that degree it was an unpardonable sin. And what would that mean? That would mean that you would need to receive some form of chastisement for that sin. It will not be pardoned. You can't say, "Lord, take it all away, please." It's all very proper to go to the Lord and ask him to forgive the sin. That is, to take away the feature of it that would come between you and the Lord and hinder you from enjoying his favor, but you must still expect that even if he restores you to the light of his countenance that there would be some stripes in proportion as there was any measure of willfulness connected with the sin. In that degree, you see, it is unpardonable, but is one that might be expiated in that degree. Now when I speak of expiation of sin I don't mean the original sin; the original is entirely expiated, and you can do nothing to get rid of it, but after you have gotten rid of original sin, and after you have become God's child, after you become a new creature, then you are on trial, and then in proportion as you may have willfulness, in that proportion you will have stripes; and so the Lord said, some will be beaten with many stripes, and some with fewer stripes, in proportion to their knowledge, etc. - Luke 12:47-48

And what exactly is the unpardonable sin and if you committ it why is your conscience seared ?
There is a sin that is unto death. No amount of stripes will come in. No amount of stripes will be satisfactory. The individual committing that sin will die the second death. As the apostle says, "There is a sin unto death; I do not say that you shall pray for it." There would be no use to pray for it. The sin that is unto death is a willful sin, deliberate sin, intentional sin. The apostle describes this sin unto death in 6th and 10th chapters of Hebrews, and describes those who fall away, who renounce the Lord. Peter says, speaking of some of those, that they turned like the sow to wallowing in the mire, and like a dog to his vomit. Such a person, sinning willfully against light and knowledge, there is no more sacrifice for his sins; he has had his share of Christ's sacrifice and has misused it, and there is none remaining for him. There is a share in the sacrifice for Adam and all his children, every one of them, and they must all get their share; but whoever gets his share and then misuses it, there is nothing remaining, and his willfully turning away and counting the blood of the covenant wherewith he was sanctified a common thing, will mean his utter rejection by the Lord.

To my knowledge, you haven't rejected the Lord or what he's done for you by way of his death, he ransomed you. You my dear are like the prodigal son, who was welcomed back by his father. - Luke 15:11-32

No, He will take you back if you turn back to Him. The only people who fall away and won't come back are the ones who've hardened their heart against God to the point where they won't come back to Him.

But you want to come back to Him so that means you haven't hardened your heart to the point of no return. You can also ask Him for whatever you're lacking - like for example maybe you feel like you don't have faith or the kind of faith that saves? Just ask Him and He will give you that.

Sometimes in my own walk with the Lord, I feel lazy and don't feel like being as attentive to God as I should, so I tell Him what's going on with me, that I'm not feeling "on fire" for Him as I ought and ask Him to give me the zeal to know and follow Him. And He does!

Well I didn’t stand up and say I reject the Lord but I didn’t follow the faith because I didn’t know if it was true or if Jesus really existed after knowing he died for our sins. I was believing new age lies and in such deception that I don’t even know how I got out. I feel like my eyes were blinded to the truth after I walked away from the born again church and somehow were opened 7 months ago …and reading what you wrote about Hebrews 6 and 10 leads me to believe that I committed apostasy or the unpardonable sin or something else

Jesus prayed for Peter but he didn't pray for Judas.

Well; on the off-chance that Jesus stood up for you back in those days when
you went off the rails: I suggest finding some privacy; even a restroom stall
will do. Cover your face with your hands, it will give you a sense of
connection; and addressing Jesus, quietly mutter under your breath, in your
own words, that you're scared you may have pushed God too far.

I can't guarantee that the one mediator between Man and God will take your
case; but if he does, then there might still be hope.

ASIDE: It's commonly proposed the oil in the parable of the Ten Virgins
relates to the Holy Spirit, but had the five girls returned with the Holy Spirit,
the groom would've readily allowed them entrance because in the New
Testament the Spirit is depicted as a credential & the evidence of one's
inclusion. (2Cor 1:21-22, Eph 1:13-14, & Eph 4:30)

The key is the Holy Spirit.

Hebrews 6:4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,

Do people with the Holy Spirit fall away? Why are the 144k pure virgins not sealed until the beginning of the tribulation?

When does Paul say he gets his crown of righteousness?

2 Tim 4:8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.

I have done just what you said
You say you were born-again.
Why stay in this doubt?Live in His Promises. You will never perish. You will never come into condemnation, ever. His Grace is sufficient. He always lives to advocate for you. You have HIS eternal life.

We have no reason to doubt Him. Lots of focus on what you do and did on this thread. Focus on what He has done.
1 john 1:9 name it and site it to God.......and live in His promises and FINISHED work.

You don't have to wait for anything, He has everything you need right now.

Hey everybody please allow me take a moment to recommend a channel on
YouTube called The Bible Recap. It's hosted by a very pleasant lady named
Tara-Leigh Cobble.

Tara-Leigh's commentary isn't seminary-depth, rather, it's a casual journey
thru the entire Bible over the course of one year and then loops beginning in
January.

Her remarks are easily located on YouTube by searching for them by day number
and book; for example today she was in the book of Job by the title:

Assurance.

For example Rom 8:16 which says:

"The Spirit itself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God"

That will happen for DawnDe if she's still on the list for Heaven; and I
sincerely hope it does because she could really use a close encounter with
God right about now.

** DawnDe; beware anticipating a so-called still small voice because the
communication I'm talking about isn't audible. If it happens at all; it will
touch the core of your being, i.e. one on one: heart to heart.

I think if she had pure faith when she called on the name of the lord. She can be assured she was saved.

I do not think we should look for signs
