Which part of "Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: " do you not believe?
According to the Bible: To be an apostle, you had to have seen the risen Christ. Being an apostle was a part of the spiritual gifts given to the early church. So not all things are for us. They were writing Scripture. Today, we are not still writing Scripture. Unless one wants to join the ranks of Mormons, Muslims, and Catholics, the canon of the Holy Bible is closed. They also can claim to be guided by a spirit that is of truth. But they obviously are in error. Why? Because their belief is contradictory to the Bible. The same is true with Modern Scholarship. I mean really. Modern Textual Critical proponents must duck and dodge at every turn just like the Mormons and Catholics do when they are confronted with Scripture of their odd unbiblical beliefs. I mean, why would your Modern Bible try to hide stuff that makes your side look guilty?

First, 1 Timothy 6:20 changes “Science” to “Knowledge”; Various proponents of Modern Scholarship refer to Textual Criticism as a Science.

Second, in Malachi 2:12, Modern Bibles remove the words “scholar and master” in this verse. This is highly suspicious that two verses that warn us against the very foundation of their belief are removed in their Modern Bibles.

Thirdly, adding to the challenge for Textual Critics, there was a deliberate attempt to mislead by relocating the segment of 1 John 5:8, which reads, “For there are three that testify:” It's shifted to fill the gap in 1 John 5:7, creating the illusion that there's no crucial missing verse. This should immediately raise alarm bells. However, within the Textual Critic community, many might dismiss it with a casual "No cause for concern here, move along," which is worrying. If it were a trivial detail in the Bible that didn't impact doctrine, it might not be as critical, but this directly relates to a fundamental aspect of understanding God's nature.

I could keep going if you like. There is a lot more. This should not exist if the Textual Critic side was true and right.

It's difficult to have a discussion with someone who knows what you mean more than you know what you mean. Since I don't possess this gift, I guess I will simply have to content myself with the knowledge that my understanding is no longer my own, but yours.
Grace and peace.
Perhaps you should try looking for some Christian articles that defend what you believe that may say it more clearly. In the meantime, if you cannot describe the nuances of why the word “Calvinists” is an insulting term and yet “Sadducees” is not an insulting one, then you have failed to back up your belief that you currently hold to. As I said before, I have experienced a lot of conversations with Calvinists over the past 12-14 years. None of them did not say to me, “Stop calling me a Calvinist. It’s insulting.” No such thing has ever happened. Now, a small few did not prefer that label, but this is not the norm from my experience. Most do not mind that they are Calvinist and they even use that word favorably. Also, how would you identify false beliefs if not by their labels? You would have to go into some elaborate explanation that is simply not necessary. It’s like you have to hide the truth of what they are. This is the problem in your belief. You have to go into some long-winded conversation that is simply not needed. Again, your belief is not practical or in line with the Bible or reality. You are simply trying to make reality how you want it to be.

Also, if you felt Calvnism was wrong, how would you effectively warn against this belief if you hide the label or name of that belief?
This is why what you believe does not make any any sense.
Unless of course you don’t see a problem in Calvinism, Catholicism, and other beliefs.
Then I could see why you may feel the way you do.
But as I said before, it is simply not in line with the Bible or reality.
Generally liberals tend to not care about false beliefs.
Yes, liberals is a label. It is a true one. There are those who take the Bible liberally and not literally.
Of course there are different degrees of liberalism involving the Bible.

See, here's the problem with labels. People go beyond belief to opinion and are guilty of assumptions about others without ever gathering evidence.

I don't believe one can fellowship with unbelievers. What fellowship has light with darkness? But I welcome them to come and worship.
Worshipping with others is fellowship. Your belief is contradictory.

As my question was not addressed to you, and your response is replete with irrelevant blather, I have to wonder why you bothered.

So the proof of what I mean is more easily communicated in an article than in an explanation of what I mean? This is good news. Before I thought I only believed what you say I believe. Now a bunch of people get to tell me what I believe. Awesome.

Right, and there are a bunch of people who believe the Earth is flat. Just because there is a bunch of them believing such nonsense does not mean they are correct.

Gotcha. The church service should exclude the lost. You are brilliant.
Who ever told you that such a practice was biblical, to begin with?
Look at how they evangelized in the Bible and it is a totally different approach.
Nowhere do we see in the Bible for non-believers to mingle with believers in worship.

Right, like you answered everything I have put forth to you.
I answer what I can within the time constraints of my life.
I also may not always have the answer to everything, but what I do know with Scripture can be shared.

@Cameron143

Is there any belief out there that you find to be false?
If so, then would it not be best to use the label that is attached to that belief to help warn others against it?
The Sadducees believed in no bodily resurrection. So using the word Sadducees would be the same as using the word Calvinists.
Not sure why you think otherwise. But you can believe in silly things if you like.

Are you the salvation police? Do you meet for corporate worship? Do you imagine everyone there to be saved? Do you remove people from worship? Do you believe the only means of acceptable evangelization are enumerated in scripture?

You seem to be doing whatever you can to defend the KJV rendering as 'superior' when it is simply 'different'. Frankly, the word "peddle" makes better sense to me, but that's my opinion and I'm certain you would disagree.

Just let it go. This is not a case where the KJV is correct while the modern translations aren't.
Peddling the Word of God is what the Modern Bibles do because of the nice monetary extra kickbacks they get from the copyrights. So for the Modern Bibles to change this truth in 2 Corinthians 4:2 makes it appear like they are not guilty. The change also hides the fact that the Modernist Christians also ignore that there was a corruption of the Scriptures happening early on, as well. In other words, they cannot fathom the idea that the Vaticanus and Sinaiticus could have been early corruptions in the 4th century.

In the 2nd century:

"Wherefore also Marcion and his followers have betaken themselves to mutilating the Scriptures, not acknowledging some books at all; and, curtailing the Gospel according to Luke and the Epistles of Paul, they assert that these are alone authentic,
which they have themselves thus shortened." (Against Heresies. Book III, Chapter 12, Verses 12).

In the same spirit of error, it makes sense that the same false spirit (or a similar one) who worked in Marcion would continue to corrupt the Scriptures later making other Bible manuscripts shorter. This is why the Vaticanus and Sinaiticus are also shorter than the Received Texts that led to the King James Bible.

Please show me in the Bible where you see unbelievers encouraged to worship alongside believers.

And he did guide the disciples unto all truth that they needed at that point in history. Do you not agree? And how to God guide them to all truth if not through his word?

I will as soon as you answer my questions.
Right, like you replied to everything I stated.
I strive to reply not as a game between egos, but I reply if I can, and if I feel it will help the body of Christ.
A believer can Google and run into this thread, seeking answers with the Bible and history on this Biblical topic.
I have done so. So I am not looking to play games in hiding the truth like you. If I have an answer that is good and it is not too time-consuming to answer, I will to the best of my ability answer because I know it can help another believer. But how is your non-answer helping the body of Christ? It isn’t. But you are of course free to believe and do as you wish.

Try re-reading 1 Corinthians 13 today, my friend.
