There might be an android version but I haven't seen anything for PC. I know the Thompson Chain is a popular bible so maybe they really don't want to have an electronic version. As I'm using my printed Thompson Chain, I find myself wishing I had it in an electronic format so I could just click a link and go to a verse or see the entire chain at once. There's lots of page flipping required.

Is there a Thompson Chain in electronic format that can be used on PC? Or maybe there are better study tools for PC?

I used to own a TCR a long time ago but I'm not expert on it by any means. That said, I have TheWord Bible software and it has a free TCR module that looks like it may be exactly what you're after. The description of the module says:

Frank Thompson's 1934 "The New Chain-Reference Bible". Became public domain material in 1962. Spellings Anglicized. Errors in cross-references corrected. Material keyed and proofed by Paul Houghton. This material contains information that is a proper subset of the material distributed by B.B. Kirkbride under the trademark of "Thompson Chain-References".

It's not a Bible though, it's a dictionary. I've also seen it called Thompson Study Topics. It has keywords you can click and a list of references opens. Install the program then look for the link at the top "Add titles." Click it and search for for "TCR." Check the box beside it and click "Download and Install" at the bottom. Follow the prompts to complete the installation. I love TheWord; it's a great program to have.

I actually found this website that is the same thing: https://studybible.info/thompson-chain/. However, it's dreadfully slow. I don't know if it's just my connection this morning or what; nothing else is that slow though. Maybe you'll have better luck.

Why use a bible version where the commentator does your thinking for you and programmes you to squeeze scripture prejudicially into their eschatology? Why not let the Holy Spirit guide you into His truth?

For those with low vision or who simply would like to hear the Word aloud.
Not certain if this is the place, but I have found a very dood Bible aloud site by going to King James Version KJV Audio Bible - Listen Free Online (biblestudytools.com) and scrolling down to the list of Books of the Bible, clcking on the particular Book wanted, and hearing the Word aloud.

God bless all.

BobRickles, I found a copy of Thompson's Chain Reference at Internet Archive yesterday and discovered the module I recommended is seriously incomplete compared to the actual Bible, which you may already know. It doesn't even have a topic for baptism. It might be useful to certain extent but I don't think it's what you're looking for.
