‭‭Mark 16:15-18 NIV‬‬
[15] He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. [16] Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned. [17] And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; [18] they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.”

I am not sure if accompany means they will do it or false followers because he said this also:

‭‭Matthew 7:22-23 NIV‬‬
[22] Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’ [23] Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’
I always read Matthew 7:22-23 as works based salvation.

From a Bible Thesaurus
In Acts 26:25. In the 3 translations it refers to elevated speech by men of God who were under the control of the Holy Spirit, at the time they were speaking.

It means to make it embolden, to elevate.
c
sources?

I still see no reason to think the Greek word means that...or tge English.

The fact that gifts were sometimes given apart from the laying on of hands and the fact that 1 Corinthians chapter 12 says it gives her given as the Spirit wills.
There are no gifts being given in 1 Cor. 12. Paul is helping them to understand the spiritual gifts that they already have. They have a variety of gifts but they are not working together and value some gifts over others.
25 that there may be no division in the body, but that the members may have the same care for one another. 26 If one member suffers, all suffer together; if one member is honored, all rejoice together.

"given as the Spirit wills" is talking about the variety of gifts.
4 Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit;
When the apostles lay hands to give spiritual gifts, the apostles do not determine the gift the Spirit does.

Time and time again I read the apostles laid hands and the HS gave gifts. There are no gifts given in 1 Cor. 12. They already had them.

1cor chapter 12 says :7

7But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all:

11But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually as He wills.
They already have the gifts. Paul is just helping them to understand them and use them properly. We can see in Chapter 14 he tells them how to use them orderly.

When Philip went to Samaria he could do miracles but he could not give them. The apostles had to come there to do that.
18 Now when Simon saw that the Spirit was given through the laying on of the apostles' hands, he offered them money,
We see Paul desiring to give the Roman church gifts but he as to come to them to do it.
11 For I long to see you, that I may impart to you some spiritual gift to strengthen you—

They already had the gifts. No gifts are being given in 1 Cor. 12
The passage isn't dealing with the giving of gifts. It is identifying what they are and their source.
How did the disciples get them?

Twice. Four cases of individual or groups gifred without the laying on of hands of the apostles. One recieved a gift through prophecy with the laying on of hands of the elders.

I just want your views backed by Scriptural references on the subject and what it means to you.

My Signature------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Noone on Earth brings new revelation, that isn't already revealed through the Word of God, which is fullest revelation given to man. Through the moving and operation of the Holy Ghost, I Pray what we say here brings the truth of these Revelations, truth by truth, or precept upon precept, to the heart of the hearer. Lay what we say before the feet of Jesus (Word of God) and compare, the Bible is Always truth, so if they don't match, we need to reevaluate our stance. What we say or do here will have lasting impact upon the believer and sinner alike. We most certainly have freedom of speech, but any true christian will weigh what they say against the Word of God and if they don't agree God is not in error, and we need to pray for understanding. Those that have more meat of the Word can help those who are struggling, if done with humility, peace and love. I don't mind a peaceful debate, but when we start to argue amongst each other that is not the Spirit of God. God Bless and Peace to you all. (This signature is in general and not pointing fingers at anyone at anytime. God Bless.)

With the apostles long gone, the Holy Spirit Himself gives gifts to all believers, but not all gifts to all. And certainly not all Christians speaking in tongues (human languages, but not having learned them). In 1 Cor 12, Paul lists most of the gifts. In 1 Cor 13 he describes the supreme gift. In Romans 12 and Ephesians 4 he add more gifts. But all the spiritual gifts are for the benefit of others, and vice versa.

All missionaries (other than the apostles and their companions) have been first learning foreign languages, then going to share the Gospel. "But what she didn’t realize is that without rigorous study and patient acquisition of the local language, missionaries can’t be confident they’re accurately communicating Jesus’s gospel." https://www.thegospelcoalition.org/article/missionaries-learn-language/
So the question arises: "Why are they not simply gifted with the supernatural ability to speak another language"? But since Paul said that the gift of tongues would cease, they have to learn the language through rigorous study.

@Nehemiah6 there is no evidence in the Bible at all for the idea that anybody ever spoken 'tongues' supernaturally like tgus and preached the gospel that is Christ crucified buried and resurrected.

Speaking of the wonderful works of God in tongues got the attention of some people who understand the languages. But 3000 believed the gospel after Peter preached. Paul wrote that God has used the foolishness of preaching to save them but believe.

Paul also knew Greek, a lingua franca at that time.

Please read the entire chapter of Acts 2. After having spoken in tongues Peter did indeed preach the Gospel. That Christ was crucified, buried, and resurrected, and that God has made this same Jesus both Lord and Christ.

It's easy to research.
I still see no reason to think the Greek word means that...or tge English.
Actually, to think that utterance Emboldens or is the Power of to speak with power makes complete sense.
When Jesus spoke, did He speak with Authority/Power/Boldness?
Yes, of course He did.
So if the Holy Spirit speaks through humans in tongues, why wouldn't the Holy Spirit also be speaking with Authority/Power/Boldness?
He would be.
So it is a perfect explanation of what Utterance by the Holy Spirit is.

So when did the gifts and ministries of the Holy Spirit cease?

1 Corinthians 12:30-31
All do not have gifts of healings, do they? All do not speak with tongues, do they? All do not interpret, do they? But earnestly desire the greater gifts.

Would you advise someone to seek the greater gifts or would you say they have ceased?

Regarding the OP question...

I speak in tongues regularly and have done so for many years. So, yes, speaking in tongues is available today. Now, can we move on after 500(!) posts about this simple question?
