Well God said let us make man in our image, then he said let us make man in our likeness.

Firstly what part of God is created from the dust.

Is there any resemblance there and is there any likeness there.

Then God formed man from the dust or the earth, either way there both used in the same expression.

Firstly when man made Adam from the earth was he alive at this point 🤔

Then God breathed life into to man and scripture says he became a living soul.

Does God say he breathed a living soul into man from else where 🤔.

It sounds like he saying man became a living soul.

Would this indicate that the flesh is also a soul, as in the parts of the flesh you don't see like the conscience of the mind.

Then scripture says man died a spiritual death.

Does this mean mans conscience was made spiritually alive before the fall.
1) No part of God is created from dust, because Jesus said that God is spirit to the woman at the well.
2) Yet, because Jesus was flesh after being conceived in Mary's womb, he could die; and because he was God as spirit, he could rise from the dead.
3) Paul said that believers are being re-made in the image of God (Colossians 3:10), so since our physical likeness isn't being changed, it can't mean that we physically look like God.
4) Therefore, Paul means that God's divine qualities are being instilled in us to replace the old, sinful ones (the whole chapter of Colossians 3).
5) The answers to the rest of your questions are hidden in mystery. I have learned to subject my reason to accept the mysteries of God's Word instead of thinking that I can solve them all.

Gen 2:7d . . and Man became a living soul.

The Hebrew word translated "soul" isn't unique to human beings. Its first
appearance is at Gen 1:20-21 in reference to aqua creatures and winged
creatures; again at Gen 1:24 as terra creatures; viz: cattle, creepy crawlies,
and wild beasts; and again in Gen 2:7 as the human creature; and yet again
at Gen 9:10 to classify every living thing aboard Noah's ark.

Soul is somewhat ambiguous. It can be said that creatures are souls and
also that they have souls. But here in the beginning, nephesh (neh'-fesh)
simply refers to consciousness, individuality, and self awareness, i.e.
sentient existence.

All fauna life was created sentient in the book of Genesis. However, I've yet
to discover a passage in the Bible indicating that flora life was created
sentient, ergo: flora life isn't self aware; flora life has no soul.

So then it's safe to say Man is a person, and it's safe to say that parakeets
and meerkats are persons (in their own way) but it would likely be unwise to
posit that turnips, saguaro cactus, and kelp are persons because it's
necessary to be a soul and/or have a soul, in order to qualify as a person.

* God has a soul too. (Lev 26:11, Lev 26:30, Judg 10:16, Isa 42:1, Jer 32:41,
and Zech 11:8)

NOTE: According to Matt 10:28, the body and the soul are perishable.
However; though the body is perishable by any means, the soul is perishable
only by divine means; i.e. the deaths of body and soul aren't necessarily
simultaneous, viz: the soul lives on until such a time as God decides to give
it either a thumb up or a thumb down.

Yes this all very interesting.

But the conscience of person is also his flesh,.which for me is also his inner being and his soul.

Because it's your conscience that cries out in pain.

It also your soul that feals the anguish of your conscience, and cries in anguish, .I think jesus said something about his soul crying out in anguish as he wept, but his human conscience also felt the anguish so there both one.

It would also be a conscience that suffers the punishment in hell knowing what he's been punished for whilst in the body.

I don't think its wise to separate flesh from the soul there both one

Mind body and spirit are all one.

Do you have a human conscience as well as a soul conscience

I mean if you did you would be double minded.

So a clear understanding is the wages for sin is death

So do you escape death because you may believe your soul never sinned it was your flesh

Sin happens because of your conscience.

You don't unconsciously sin,.because you where created to know right from wrong.

Yes I believe so to, God is spirit not dust.

Yes the mysteries of God are not hidden completely,..with a bit of seeking God's wisdom he can show you how we where created in an image that he liked 😊

Without God we wont be here, without us silicon-based life wont be there -> Without God silicon-based life wont be there
I like this post 😊

Thanks for posting.

It reminds me of a likeness he created us in,.which is to give more life to his life.

As he likes to give life to
