A Lesson from the Church at Corinth
Thank you for that reply.
This is what I get from the letter from Paul in Father leading Paul to straighten out the problem then going on there.

I see this: certain people attached to a thought, placed in their mindsets by evil to get them to do wrong to others and not think they will be accountable.
This is the Thought I see they got
Hey, you, :You are 100% forgiven are't you? Why yes I am thank you. So why don't you drink all that wine over there, and eat all that food too, you are forgiven aren't you. One might have thought no I want others to be able to eat too and drink too.
Yet the thought of being forgiven remains in you, and then the thought of there is no more accountability, since all are forgiven. So they ate up all the food and drank all the wine and got drunk. Then the sex began, The misusing of sex, and the thought of I am forgiven if I harm others, doesn't matter anymore "I am Forgiven was the attitude that got them in debauchery"
"the Corinthians repented"

So Paul wrote to them to straighten out the misuse of being 100% percent forgiven by God for them in Son to them.
Yes, we all are by God 100% forgiven by God forever, that is true.
So we the people are left with, how to respond to this truth.

See it in the example given in Matthew 18:24-35

God forgave the man that sought forgiveness, to be forgiven, and God gave that man forgiveness, as is done once for us all by Son to us all to respond to that truth it is finished for us all to be new in trust to God Father of risen Son for us each one.

Matthew 18
26 The servant therefore fell down, and worshipped him, saying, Lord, have patience with me, and I will pay thee all. 27 Then the lord of that servant was moved with compassion, and loosed him, and forgave him the debt.
28 But the same servant went out, and found one of his fellowservants, which owed him an hundred pence: and he laid hands on him, and took him by the throat, saying, Pay me that thou owest. 29 And his fellowservant fell down at his feet, and besought him, saying, Have patience with me, and I will pay thee all. 30 And he would not: but went and cast him into prison, till he should pay the debt.

31 So when his fellowservants saw what was done, they were very sorry, and came and told unto their lord all that was done. 32 Then his lord, after that he had called him, said unto him, O thou wicked servant, I forgave thee all that debt, because thou desiredst me: 33 shouldest not thou also have had compassion on thy fellowservant, even as I had pity on thee?

2 Corinthians 7:7-10

Authorized (King James) Version

7 and not by his coming only, but by the consolation wherewith he was comforted in you, when he told us your earnest desire, your mourning, your fervent mind toward me; so that I rejoiced the more. 8 For though I made you sorry with a letter, I do not repent, though I did repent: for I perceive that the same epistle hath made you sorry, though it were but for a season. 9 Now I rejoice, not that ye were made sorry, but that ye sorrowed to repentance: for ye were made sorry after a godly manner, that ye might receive damage by us in nothing. 10 For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.

EVANGELISTS

"And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;" - Ephesians 4:11

Evangelists are preachers of the gospel who upon knowing Christ become naturally passionate about sharing the gospel to unbelievers and contending for the faith.

Definition of "Contend"
⁃ to discern / differentiate / judge the truth

⁃ to have faith and not doubt in your heart

⁃ to stagger not because of unbelief

⁃ to differ from one another

Jude encourages the body of Christ to contend for the faith; specifically with those who have fallen away and those who were truly never a part of the body.

"These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men's persons in admiration because of advantage. But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ; how that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts (‭‭Jude‬ ‭1‬:‭16‬-‭18‬)."

Purpose of Contention
The purpose of contending for the faith is to ensure the unity of the body of Christ (Jude 1:11-13).

How to Live
"But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith (the Word of God - Acts 20:32), praying in the Holy Ghost (interceding), keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life ‭‭Jude‬ ‭(1‬:‭20‬-‭21)‬."

How to Contend
"And of some have compassion (grace/ mercy), making a difference: and others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh ‭‭(Jude‬ ‭1‬:‭22‬-‭23‬)."

PASTORS

"And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;" - Ephesians 4:11

Pastor - One who looks after the sheep
The Bible gives much explanation to the role of a Pastor. Most commonly referred to as Shepherds, Pastors are keepers of the sheep (Genesis 4:2) and responsible for feeding the sheep (Genesis 46:32) while working together with the body of Christ to maintain unity (Genesis 13:8).

Keepers of the Sheep
Sheep refer to followers of Jesus. Therefore, people receive the Word (living water), are saved (John 7:36, John 4:10) then are pastored (Genesis 29:7).

In the Bible, the role of a Shepherd is taken very seriously and in the same way, the role of a Pastor should be equally upheld. Jesus is the Good Shepherd (John 10:14); the ultimate Shepherd. And God does not take likely those who mistreat or bring harm to His sheep (Zechariah 11:16-17).

Pastors have authority over the sheep and act as the main leaders (Numbers 27:15-23). Their spiritual influence runs deep as even their sins can affect the congregation (2 Samuel 24:17). However, the Good Shepherd will not allow this to prolong as God will scatter His sheep and eventually bring them under new leadership (1 Kings 22:16-23) while the Pastor undergoes righteous judgment.

Feeders of the Sheep
As feeders, Pastors are not solely responsible for delivering the Word of God to their congregations but ensuring they are always adequately nourished from a trustworthy source (Genesis 38:20). This means, Pastors must carefully examine their sheep; understanding that lambs drink only milk until they are weaned while adult sheep are herbivores. Through the guiding of the Holy Spirit, it is important for Pastors to ensure that every member of the congregation is adequately supported through their weaning process and becomes mature Believers (Hebrews 5:12-14).

Ezekiel 37:24 provides the criteria of a well-fed church. This is one with a congregation delighted to follow God's orders and precepts. Good feeding from Shepherds ensures that sheep are not easily fearful or dismayed, they have knowledge of God's Word and are able to understand Scriptures and interpret sound doctrine (Jeremiah 23:4).

Ezekiel 34 provides sound guidance pertaining to the role of a righteous Pastor/ Shepherd. Those with this appointment will do well to take heed.

REFLECTION

Pastors, spend some time in prayer asking the Holy Spirit what you need to walk fully in your calling. Then, consider what it will require of you.

Brainstorm with the Holy Spirit a strategy to ensure that you are adequately fed, as a Pastor, and can adequately feed others.

God knows exactly what you need at this moment. You can be sure that when You ask, it will be given to you (John 14:13-14).

TEACHERS

"And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;" - Ephesians 4:11

Teacher - An instructor, someone who brings clarity
Teachers naturally have authority and great influence. They often attract an audience. For this reason, righteous teachers must practice (live) what they teach (Romans 2:21-23). Working with Pastors, Teachers also help feed the sheep; and are anointed to easily understand and discern doctrine.

Like Jesus, sometimes Teachers can be perceived as blunt or frank, but really and truly, they are just matter of fact (Matthew 22:17-18). As Teachers amass followers, they will do well to withdraw more often and spend time with God (Luke 5:15-16). This grounds Teachers in humility (John 13:13-16), keeping them from abounding in pride and leading astray many (2 Peter 2). Teachers will do well to study the life of Jesus.

As we progress to the end of the age, God will use Teachers like stem cells - to repair breaches in the body of Christ. Teachers are therefore encouraged to contend earnestly for the faith doing the work of an Evangelist to help restore the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

UNDERSTANDING THE CALL

“I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called” - Ephesians 4:1

Written in the English of King James (1769), Paul made a weighty request.

Beseech carries the Greek word parakaleō, meaning to implore. It’s the same Greek word used in Romans 12:1 when we are implored by God’s mercy to present our bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable unto Him which is our reasonable service. This underscores the importance for us, as Believers, to:

1. Discover our vocation; and
2. Do everything to walk worthy.

Walking worthy is a continuous effort. It involves understanding the need for God to help us achieve, knowing that we will fail time and time again in our own power. It is a humbling walk, with much correction from God and the body of Christ to ensure that we remain on the straight and narrow path. But it is a worthwhile walk, knowing that as we die to our desires, plans and ideas of this world, we begin to experience life and life to the full.

Are you truly ready to accept the call?

What if it costs you everything? Your earthly version of success? Your financial comfort? Your friend group? Your job?

In John 6, Jesus laid the weight of the call on his disciples. Isn’t it interesting that He was now having this conversation after many of them initially agreed to follow Him? This signifies that there are layers to walking with Jesus - some of us choose to remain in the shallow end where we can still put our feet on the ground if things get too uncomfortable, but others decide to follow Jesus into the deep. Which are you?

Many disciples turned away and left Jesus that day, but twelve stayed declaring, "Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life. And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God."

So again, I ask, are you truly ready to accept the call?

Are you convinced that this world has nothing better to offer you? Do you believe that God will keep you all the days of your life until your purpose is completed?

If upon much thought and reflection, you have decided to accept this call, Let's Go.
This is so beaitiful to hear, you know that surrender and how wonderful it is what it does. I am wondering if you are willing to speak via pm there are some things I would very much love to talk with you about as I fee; a kindred spirit and I think I am in part of your walk it is like you are just further ahead of me.

THE PURPOSE: PERFECTING OF THE SAINTS

"For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:" - Ephesians 4:12

Every appointment and gift is given by God, first, for the perfecting of the saints.

Remembering Jesus' prayer in the garden and oneness of the trinity, we must truly understand that the body of Christ is most effective when we are united in the faith and knowledge of God (Ephesians 4:13). Our churches are better when each member of the body walks in their calling while humbly relying on others to function. Individually, we will be supported and spurred onto maturity, instead of carried away with every wind of doctrine and easily deceived (Ephesians 4:14). Only then will we truly be a united force to the kingdom of darkness.

Thanking Father and Son for the done work done for us to be new in Spirit and Truth, God's Spirit and Truth not the flesh, yet held alive in the flesh as not in charge any longer Acts 17:28

In God Father's calling, being lead in God's Holy Spirit for us each to hear, see and do as called, the same as Jesus was during his walk here on earth fulfilling the Law and Prophets, perplexing many of the self righteous ones around him, that got jealous over him teaching truth, that got others to go after him and not the leaders there then.

Job security entered the people in charge there then. /Especially after Lazarus got risen from the dead then. The people were going to the Pharisees and only seeking for Jesus, not for healing or forgiveness from them as they used to do, Evil hates anyone to be freed to love others unconditionally, I am in process still learning this truth to be not under control of anyone but God, the Father of the risen Son, hoping us all to begin to see this too and not stereotype anyone ever again over our thought(s) of it should be this way or that to be in or not.
Freed to love all in mercy and truth, not just those that love us back. For I see sincerely love every person, regardless of what they have done, do or might do. It is this type of Love (1 Cor 13:4-7) that I need to lead me daily, Standing in trust for Father and Son as Won for me on that cross to do that to all, even anyone that has harmed me in past, Since I am by God in Son forgiven Reconciled ( 2Cor 5:17-20) I see now to forgive, not for the purpose to get forgiven, since by God I and all others are forgiven at the cross in that one time willing death. (1 John 2:1-4) I see if I do not forgive as the response i9n being forgiven first, I then do not fathom this forgiveness, reconciliation really is. Oh and ?I am learning this truth ti this day, God is the righteous one still, not me, I see to participate humbly

Thanks for the teachings, as we each learn new in the love given us, either form the world or God personally first. "
Learning "The art of Fighting without fighting" I see that was/is Jesus the Son's style, as he went to the cross without a flesh fight. Wow, woe is me as in Isaiah 6:1-7

Isaiah 6:1-7

Authorized (King James) Version

6 In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple. 2 Above it stood the seraphims: each one had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly.
3 And one cried unto another, and said,
Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord of hosts:
the whole earth is full of his glory.
4 And the posts of the door moved at the voice of him that cried, and the house was filled with smoke.
5 Then said I, Woe is me! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts. 6 Then flew one of the seraphims unto me, having a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with the tongs from off the altar: 7 and he laid it upon my mouth, and said, Lo, this hath touched thy lips; and thine iniquity is taken away, and thy sin purged.

Thanks, I am learning from you also, as Father reveals truth to me and you too

Bless the Lord! I truly enjoyed reading this. Thanks for taking the time to write this and for sharing!

We are nothing without God, we're wretched, poor, pitiful and empty but with God as our Shepherd, we will never be in want (Psalm 23:1).

Happy to share and learn with you and other members of the body of Christ as the Holy Spirit flows through us and continually leads us into all truth. May we be one in humility and love as Jesus prayed in the garden <3

Yes, nevertheless less not our will be done, God's will be done as is in Son already for us to grasponot and simply love everyone as are loved first by God through Son for us to do that easily, not having to, responding to this truth in thanksgiving and praise all sin today by Son taken away

Psalm 100:4

Authorized (King James) Version

4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving,
and into his courts with praise:
be thankful unto him, and bless his name.

Psalm 103:12

Authorized (King James) Version

12 As far as the east is from the west,
so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.

It is done by Son as said in John 19:30 to us to respond to it in thanksgiving and praise to it. He is risen where new life gets given to us from Father once one will not quit belief to it
He came to earth to:
Matthew 5:17, fulfill Law and Prophets, when did that he yelled It is Finished, John 19:30, then risen from the dead three days later and appeared to over 500 witnesses then as risen. That is where the new life begins in us the people that one day finally choose to beleive God wants only what is best for us
Jeremiah 29:11, desires to give us the new heart Ezekiel 36:26

The mysterious ways of God is perplexing to human flesh and blood and no flesh can understand it, one need to be born new from God Father to each of us in belief to see, as long as one does not stop belief to see even through adversities

Colossians 1:21-23

Authorized (King James) Version

21 And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled 22 in the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight: 23 if ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and benot moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, andwhich was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister;

read this from verse one and read the second Chapter with it, ask God for God's revelation for you too, and it will be given you by God to all that will not stop belief to see, no matter how long that might take
As Martin Luther said he sees the light. He saw God just loves him and all others too.
This takes not giving up no matter what, thanks hoping the best for you to get this seen in you too, as I for me God knows what is best for each of us in his Love and mercy of Son Jesus for us to get new in the risen Life given to be given and is given by God and no one else
thanksgiving and praise (Psalms 100:4 by Son on that cross Psalms 103:12 is fulfilled for us as is done as in John 19:30 he fulfills the Law and Prophets not taken away fulfilled for us to walk new in belief to he is risen to taken over us, those that are willing get this done in them thank you by God only for you too

1Co 5:9 I wrote you in my [previous] letter not to associate with [sexually] immoral people— 1Co 5:10
not meaning the immoral people of this world, or the greedy ones and swindlers, or idolaters, for then you would have to get out of the world and human society altogether! 1Co 5:11 But actually, I have written to you not to associate with any so-called [Christian] brother if he is sexually immoral or greedy, or is an idolater [devoted to anything that takes the place of God], or is a reviler [who insults or slanders or otherwise verbally abuses others], or is a drunkard or a swindler—you must not so much as eat with such a person. 1Co 5:12 For what business is it of mine to judge outsiders (non-believers)? Do you not judge those who are within the church [to protect the church as the situation requires]? 1Co 5:13 God alone sits in judgment on those who are outside [the faith]. REMOVE THE WICKED ONE FROM AMONG YOU [expel him from your church].

There is only one truth and it is God's word. Praise God for truth in a deceitful world! Jesus said that he will come back sooner than expected because even the elect would be deceived in the end times - which we are in I perceive!
