What strikes me is that "by 2025" we'll have AI that outstrips college graduates. This means that by June of 2025 you can assume fortune 500 companies will no longer be hiring college graduates. If they hire them this year it will be temporary to train the AI.

A thought experiment that may shed light on what is going on.

1. Assume in 2001 the US government had the means to collect phones calls, emails and text messages on every US citizen. The purpose of 911 was to get permission to do that through the Patriot act.

2. As a result of the attack on 911 they got an open checkbook and began gathering all that information. It came through the NSA but how would you use it?

Suppose you had access to all that information what would you do?

One possibility is that you would be like Hoover, you would now be able to discover secrets on key people throughout the US. You could help certain ones get elected, you could blackmail people, you could remove people from office with this information. As a result beginning around 2005 your are moving people into key positions of power in every single level of government and also in the private sector. You could be a king maker with all the inside information. You could see people in government make a whole lot of money on inside trading. But, by 2016 you would have so many people in place you could become very arrogant that you could do whatever you wanted and no one could stop you.

The first step is to put people into positions of power, the second is to seize power. The best way to really increase your power from all knowing (omniscient) to all powerful (omnipotent) is to bring in a CBDC. If you have complete control over what people can buy or sell and can even punish people that have the nerve to oppose you by shutting off their ability to buy and sell, then you don't need to slither around in the shadows anymore.

But you have a problem, Evangelical Christians are going to be a problem about bringing in the CBDC. So, the first thing you do is gather a list of all Christians that go to church, and categorize them. Does someone go once a week to church but then go to the ball game and there is no mention of the gospel in any of their posts, emails, texts or phone calls? Or is this person involved in the ministry, in Bible studies, etc. I suspect you start with 33% of Americans showing up on your radar but as you dig down you get to about 5% of Americans. Of perhaps 20 million people you identify the 5 million that will be the most trouble. How do you do that? Let's do an illegal mandate of a vaccine and an idiotic mask mandate and see who complies.

Create a list of about 20 criteria and score them. Do they homeschool? Do they attend more than one Christian meeting a week? Are they involved in Ministry? Do they post each week concerning the Bible? These will be the people who need to be silenced concerning the CBDC. You can suspend the facebook account to see if that will cause them to heel.

Anyway my guess is they had this list by 2019 and so moved to stage three which was the pandemic and vaccine mandate to see who would comply and who wouldn't. That is why Trump was president to try and hook as many Christians as possible, that is why Biden gets the next win to mandate the vaccine, and the whole MAGA movement allows you to separate out the political activists from the ones who are truly walking by faith. You discover some can be manipulated by their job, some can be manipulated by their church, some by social media. But you keep narrowing the list down to who are the real troublemakers. You see who you can manipulate with mandates. For all we know they have a list of 100,000 people who will be key troublemakers and everyone else less so.

By this point they know that prosecuting Trump, Bannon, and others will not deter these ones, so the lawfare is not so much performative as a warning to others but a dress rehearsal for when you round up this 100,000.

about a year ago, they all started a program in which they want people to pledge and sign up to give a consistent amount per month for a year. they pushed this heavily, to the point of calling me in person and asking/pushing me to do so.

When you have robots that can perform as well as humans, and you have humans connected to the AI with a chip in the brain as an interface with the AI as well as drones, then you will have an AI that rules the world. You know what would be good, to keep people from worrying, you should show this army of robots learning how to fold clothes as though the reason they are pumping a trillion dollars into the program to build the terminator is so that you won't have to do laundry anymore.

The probable truth of the fallacious slippery slope argument that should not be on the list of fallacious arguments since slipping on a slippery slope typically does lead to the end of the slippery slope. Evil does have a goal.

Quite a bit of your posted information has been interesting. Although I earlier took the opposing point of view to discuss some things of AI that can or could be beneficial, I do agree with you that ultimately it is (my words) finite minds and evil that will be working to make man in its image and be in control of what that is. It doesn't end well from one perspective and from the ultimate perspective it does end well.

Have you seen (you likely have) what's going on with Gates and Helion (?) for example attempting to develop the energy tech to feed the AI needs? How they're planning (from some things I've read) to core 10k feet or some such depth into the core of the earth to make their systems work?

It's fascinating to see how the tech and vast wealth has provided for minds to go wherever they can dream. I guess some will see how far He let's it go...

I can list ten things that AI can do that will make life better for everyone, that is how you sell it. But better for everyone is true of a supreme dictator, giving him absolute power. It is also true of the military, enabling them to respond in milliseconds tactically. Remember the prevailing principle for our world leaders is "the greater good" which is simply justifying the violation of the rights of a few to help the government accomplish its goals. It is also better for political campaigns enabling them to manipulate people even more than ever. It is better for marketing which is simply one form of propaganda. People foolishly were alarmed when they discovered AI was brazenly lying to them, but if AI is going to learn how to manipulate people of course it is going to have to practice lying.
