A prayer request from my wife, who really struggles a lot with faith and belief. If she is resorting to prayer, it means she is really in a bad state :(

"My beloved pet had a biopsy last Saturday and the pathology reported “probable carcinoma”. I lost my dad to cancer, I don’t want to lose my cat, the little loyal friend that has helped me through countless losses, most recently my grandmother, to the same devastating cancer disease. Please, I would like to request prayers for the health and life of my cat. I still haven’t lost hope that the biopsy could still be benign, regardless of the probable outcome. Please, pray that there was a mistake in the pathology or a misinterpretation and it is actually a benign thing. If, however, it is cancer, please, pray that it’s easily removed and that she’ll go on to live a long and healthy life. Please, I don’t want to lose another loved one. My heart can’t take it… Your prayers are greatly appreciated. Thank you."

"Let us pray to understand the significance of spiritual preparation.
Enduring challenges of life can surely bring cause of emotional stress.
Pray to be spiritually enlightened, which surely helps to cope with troublesome issues.
I thank God, this I have learned to be true."
'Amen'

Hi Sharp.
I know what it's like to lose love ones and precious pets. It's troubling to get those kind of diagnosis. If you want information on cancer, please do a search on my posts about the topic.
There's plenty of information that might be useful. Keep in mind that the diagnosis is not an automatic death sentence. Some Cancer tests are reported by professionals to be highly inaccurate. Too many have sentenced to death pets and people by taking a strangers word as gospel. Physicians are not God and often get many things wrong. I've had pets and family put to death by other member of the family at the hands of inept and wicked physicians. They were culpable because they blindly cooperated with the Drs because they trusted their judgement. You can ease the stress by becoming informed. This will give you peace of mind as you grow in knowledge. My heart goes out to you about those loses of family. Take care.

Prayer for your special friend.
