I can't even ..... :(:cautious::eek:
When God condemned the first world with the flood, there were millions of people, and Im sure there were many babies that died in that condemnation, drowning is a horrible death, they were suffocated to death as the others. 2 Pet 2:5

5 And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly; Those babies were ungodly

Babies arent innocent before the Law and Justice of God, they just guilty sinners. Now as far a National jurisprudence in Israel and human government things are different, people are guilty or innocence according to their crimes
Babies are innocent of any personal sin. They have inherited Adam's sin as we all have and are guilty by association only which is why they have died as babies. Judgment is not on the basis of association but on the basis of individual response to Christ therefore to judge them on the basis of Adam's sin only is unjust and erroneous. Thankfully the Lord is neither of those things. :)

They died physically just as you will does that mean you're ungodly? The truth is you have no idea of the state of their soul and we only have you're word you are a believer so maybe you're real purpose for being here is to condemn/confuse others?

John 3:17
For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

Maybe if you extended more grace and less, whatever this is you call it, you would see that Christ wants the children to come to Him because He can see more than you and knows how to judge truly.

Is there really such a thing as a "good cat?"
I would have said an emphatic no to that once but I foster for the local animal shelter and they gave me Monte to look after. He won my heart like few cats can. If I was in a better position for long term care, I would have adopted him.

So, in answer to your question, there are some good cats, the rest will be judged on their works. (I suspect as they most like likely gave their owners joy, they will be saved ;) :))

Well they sinned by and through their representative and so they are born as ungodly sinners worthy of hell

They die as sinners suppose to on their way to hell unless of course they are elect and saved by the obedience of Christ like anyone else.

No, they did not commit any sin, they inherited a sin nature from their parents going all the way back to Adam. Everyone is to be evaluated/judged on their works. A baby has no works to be judged.

For believers:
2 Corinthians 5:10
For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad.

For unbelievers:
Revelation 20:12
And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books.

People are now condemned on the basis of their response to Christ, not on their sin. Sin has been dealt with, Christ died for the sin of the world, it is finished.

John 3:18
“He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

No, they did not commit any sin,
Rom 5:12

12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:

it's very simple: anyone who can not be accountable or responsible for themselves, for whatever reason, rises to heaven at their passing. only a cruel god would send unaccountable people to hell.

If they cannot be held accountable by a judge, they cannot be held accountable by God.
