It would have to be in pretty high, and consistent demand to be considered. Doesn't seem to be the case. New subforums are very rarely added anymore. It's been years since one has been made. A seniors forum appears to be the most requested, but it has been refused over and over.
Also there needs to be a moderator that speaks English and Spanish.

Honestly based on what i've seen, the other foreign language sections of the forum look pretty empty.
I would say consolidate all the non-English speaking people into an "International" section so everyone can go in there and speak in their language.
