holy heavens Magenta! you just showed me Christian care & love by taking your time to show this! thank you! i never even heard of these terms above; save, e-device, photo bucket, post images, member devises, url. that's a lot to learn above. i'll look into this when retired which will be April 1st. i'll definitely have to get someone to help. i knew there was an easier way to save time posting but never knew how. when i have a garage sale, i have to retype everything to the next site, it's a pain in the brain! but to begin with, i don't even know what camera to get to take a picture. do people use their cel phones for pictures now-a-days to post on CC? a phunnneee thing about this whole thing is around here, the Saratoga area, guys don't know how to do any of this stuff. it's always the women or kids showing their husbands or boyfriends how to function around all the modern-tech. ( people on CC probably think i'm ignorant, a bum or an outcast or a combination of all ) hahahaha!
I'm a bit tech challenged too. Nothing to be ashamed of.

It isn't about courage; its about wisdom. God has given warnings to me and people at my church which suggest restraint when it comes to sharing online. Some of those warnings were specific, but all would be wise to check in with God before sharing private information online.

Me too. Not so much with my PC, but with cell phones definitely. I have a phone, but I don't use it for accessing the internet. Not only did I never take to always having my cell phone in my hand, but a lot of the time I don't even know where it's at.

I rarely use mine. Don't even know my own phone number.

Same here. I've only recently stopped using my camera in favor of the phone. Since I choose to not have data on my phone, I have to put the pics on my PC in same manner as my camera. That's easier for me anyway. The reason I use my phone for pics is because admittedly it takes a lot better pics than my camera. Now, I don't know where my camera is lol

talking about suits, i have never owned my own suit, not in my entire life!!!
You can try wearing a suit and look at yourself handsome in the mirror. You will be in a good mood all day.

I'm not a man, but this seems strange to me. From my perspective, if I had to wear a suit, I'd be a in bad mood all day whether I was handsome or not.

No suits here. And I've also never owned a suit. The payoff of supposedly looking better when dressing up is not worth the discomfort of nicer clothes. I'll look bad and comfy over nice and uncomfortable, any day.

People are different. Some are comfortable showing a picture of themselves; others not so much.
This is just a fun thread. I'm seeing a lot of responses, which is great!

I just want people to know you are not required to participate :)
I'm sorry the title of the thread was a bit hard for some people, wasn't my intention!

I didn't mean to imply you have done anything wrong. I don't believe you have. I have 8 children. About half would have no problem posting a picture online, 2 who could be talked into it, and 2 who would be mortified to have their picture displayed.
People are just different.

People are comfortable with different things, I agree!

I guess some people think suits make a person look nice/handsome. It just seems odd to me. A person can look nice without wearing a suit (and even better, imo). I'd rather be surrounded by people wearing what makes them comfortable than surrounded by a bunch of suits. In my neighborhood, if you wear a suit they'll think someone died, someone owes money, someone is being investigated, or you need mugged. So imo go without a suit to not only look better, but to also be safe :D
