If you could meet someone famous, who would it be? It can be someone currently alive or someone that has passed away.

Anne Frank and tell her how beloved she still is(by many of us) and heartfelt and sorrowful her plight was.
Also Paul and Jan Crouch the duo that started the world-wide Christian TV Network, TBN.

Would we be able to communicate even if said person originally spoke a different language? How long is this meeting going to be? Will said person be in the middle of their day to day? Am I overanalyzing this?

I have no real desire to meet anyone famous. But if I had to pick I'd say either Jim Carey or Jackie Chan.
Not only because it seems it would be fun to hang out with Carey, but I like that he quit doing movies due to his dislike how everything was all about money, and he didn't like that.
And Chan has a reputation as being very humble and down to earth. Even helping stage crews with moving set pieces and whatever else he can do to help, despite being the star of the movie. Not to mention he also seems funny to hang out with. Even his old Chinese films seem to have a lot of humor. At least the few I've seen so far.

I always feel sorry for that guy's uncle. He can never catch a break! Everybody's always kidnapping him or killing him or something.

A reference to old Chan movies? So far the only one I've watched is Drunken Master. But I've seen clips of some of his other films and they all seemed to have humor in them. I'll probably watch some more soon.

Jesus, by course, but now, on earth i mean. of earthly people, i would pick Mike Tyson because he went all out & put all in into his boxing, literally destroying people. now hold on everyone, i don't mean the destroying portion, i mean that seldom, people are super good at what they do & seldom do they put maximum effort into something.

Hey, thanks for the mention! :)

Lynx, Pipp, Rodney, and Cinder will tell you there's nothing famous about me, but my bad jokes are infamous.

As for me, I always wished I could meet Stan Lee, the man behind Spiderman and Marvel comics. I grew up watching Saturday morning cartoons (for anyone old enough to remember when we didn't have the luxury of 24/7 cartoon channels,) and hearing him say, "Excelsior!" at the end was a staple of my weekends.

And it's not that I'm even into comics that much -- the highlight of every Marvel movie for me was his cameos -- but he just seemed like such a friendly, humble, down-to-earth person who would have been a lot of fun to talk to.

I did meet Stephen Baldwin once, in a Walmart of all places. I worked there and he and a friend came in one night. At the time he was doing an extreme sports ministry. I had heard of one coming up near me. I didn't ask for autographs or pictures or get all excited. Just wanted to ask about his ministry.
A few other workers gathered, but everyone was chill. He didn't say too much, his friend mostly talked. And when Baldwin did talk he seemed rude and condescending.
Right as he was about to leave he suddenly got super friendly and started advertising his new book and passing out ads for it. Then he got cold again and they left.
Everyone I was with strongly disliked him after that experience. I get celebs sometimes want to be left alone, but he wasn't exactly being swamped or pestered for autographs and pics. And the way he changed to promote his book then went back to how he was before suggests to me that the rude part was the true reveal of his character. This was probably 10 years ago.

I've also met the big guy from Lost. Back when the show was still popular. I didn't watch it so I had no idea who he was. But I was working at a bookstore and he came in to get books. I helped him find what he wanted and he thanked me and left.
After fellow workers told me who he was he came in again. The same thing. Helped him, he thanked me and left. Totally humble and down to earth guy. You'd never know he was famous by the way he acted.

And I once saw Kirstie Alley filming for her TV show. She was in a car being pulled by one of those camera trucks. Driving in circles around the block. They drove past us a few times. This was visiting LA where the stars sidewalk is.

I've likely met or seen other celebs back then, that I didn't know, due to the area I worked in. The bookstore itself was known for celebs buying there (pro athletes, actors, musicians). But not being into celebs i never really paid attention.

I'd love to meet Abraham's wife Sarah, as she looked then, to behold how a woman of 90 could be in such demand and without cosmetic surgery, lol👸

Also, it would be awesome to have a front row seat when David, as a shepherd boy- also beautiful in countenance, took down a giant with his slingshot and God's Spirit. To be in that anointed presence....🙌

My uncle was a comic book artist who worked for Stan Lee in the 1970s.
