In my relationship with the Trinity I now receive His confirmation in the form of His showering with the Holy Spirit energy, He really does does to confirm His truth to each of us as we "stay in Him" 24/7/365.
Ask Him for His dreams of guidance and wisdom, He givers freely.
A while ago I imparted Holy Spirit to my grandson, next day he was back at college far away, I was praying for him and he sent me a text asking if I was as he could feel Holy Spirit showering him with confirmation.
Bless you friend

jglm.org is the most powerful ministry I know, another great learning tool for me was John Wimbers, Personal Pilgrimage, his testimony followed by several videos of how to receive Holy Spirit power and walk in it.
Doncaster DHT is the first teaching I received from jglm and in applying it I saw immediate increase in results from prayer for healing.
So thankful you are a brother in Christ, please feel free to PM anytime.
bless you brother

Please get used to His miracles and divine encounters, I have asked Him to bring divine encounters anytime I leave home, and He ALWAYS does, he is hungry for those who will obediently be His hands and feet in this world, He indwells the believer, and it is the believers responsibility to be "less of me, more of Him" as John the Baptist said.
blessings, brother

Other than this I am a good person, kind to others, and make an effort, thanks for listening.
Being a good person and kind to others goes along way. Pray the Lord's prayer each day for the Father to keep you from temptation and deliver you from evil. This is what I have done for years. Glad to have you onboard with us. Welcome to CC.

Les, Do not seek feelings and tingling experiences, but rather Look to the abundant scriptures we are told to obey.

12 The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.
13 Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying.
14 But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.

eph4:
28 Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.
29 Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.
30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
31 Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:
32 And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.

eph5
5 Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children;
2 And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.
3 But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints;
4 Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks.
5 For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.
6 Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.
7 Be not ye therefore partakers with them.
8 For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light:
9 (For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;)
10 Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord.
11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.

12 For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret.

I dont know what to say. All these amazing synchronicities one after another
Precious friend, here's another (foot)step on our journeys:

"In every thing give thanks: for this is The Will of God in
Christ Jesus Concerning you." (1 Thessalonians 5:18 AV)
Amen.

if someone knows how I can get that photo here, please let me know, maybe photos are not allowed on this forum? said file is too large
Photos/images are allowed on the boards and in PMs, though in private messages there is a restriction being
that only images with a url can be shared, so no sharing straight from your device except on the boards.

I realize this is a bit of a long post and I apologize in advance.

If you are sharing an image from online, you can upload to https://postimages.org/ and choose
to resize on upload. If the file does not allow it, save to your computer first and then upload to
https://postimages.org/ and select from the drop-down. 640 pixels is often large enough :)

It is the same straight from your e-device: you can resize on upload and then share your image here.
I like postimages for a number of reasons, such as, they do not require registration, they do not limit
viewing of your images due to band width usage, nor do they delete images (as photobucket does or
used to on all three counts), although postimages gives you the option to delete as long as you save the
link to do so, or do it before closing the upload page where all the coding info is given
.:)

Select the direct link from the second line of links provided, to copy and paste into the appropriate image tags.

Something else to keep in mind is that quoted messages do not carry over images posted
from member devices. A numbered link is provided instead which has to be clicked in order
to see the image. If you wish your image to transfer, or are wanting to post an image in a PM,
use an image host such as postimages.org. If you are quoting someone's post from an earlier
page and want their image to display, quote their post and then preview it with the number code,
open the image from the original post by right clicking to view, copy the christianchat url, and
insert in place of the number code. You must also change [ ATTACH] TO [ IMG] AND [ /ATTCH] TO [ /IMG] :D
I put spaces in the code so you can see it, but the code you use will not and/or should not have spaces in it.
Newer devices may not require this work-around to display images uploaded directly from other member devices.

I save my image file urls in a document for such, so that if I want to post the
same image again, I simply search the document for it by name, or keyword
in the verse. I am trying to get more thoroughly organized in this LOL.

Sorry if that was tmi or too confusing, Please feel free to ask any other questions!

The long and the short of it is that images are allowed on the public boards.
If you have an editing program on your device such as Paint you can resize there, also.

Thank you for this info Magenta, I am not the best with tech stuff and even navigating in this forum is a bit of a challenge for me. I am feeling a bit overwhelmed after yesterday's chats and information as I had some big realizations from all the messages and a lot of synconicity was happening, like turning on my car and the verse of a song came on singing "see the Lord Jesus" it wasn't a Gospel station either. Anyway, thanks for your kindness, I will have a look at the videos links you sent. I'm busy now for next few days, Mother in law is arriving today. I'll get back to this forum next week, thanks again!

hank you so much Gideon 300 for this

As you spend time with God, you will find that His word comes alive to you. It's important to know the Bible. It's even more important to know Him who is the Living Word, Jesus. Spend time with Him, even if it feels ridiculous. How many times have you had a conversation with someone that you can't see? If you have a phone, no doubt many times. We can't see Jesus but we can certainly speak to Him. And at times, He will speak to us, often through His word. We have conscience to correct us and intuition to lead us. Learn to walk by them and you will do well.

By the way, you will discover that you are not good in yourself. Even Paul said,

"I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my flesh; for I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For I do not do the good I want to do. Instead, I keep on doing the evil I do not want to do. And if I do what I do not want, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it." (Romans 7:18-20)

This is a necessary experience. It is intended for us to despair of ourselves ever changing. But don't stay there. The answer is found in Romans 8. I suggest that you read the whole chapter. it is most encouraging.
It's my joy to share the truth with you. Remember this: The wise man learns from his mistakes. If he is really smart, he will learn from other people's mistakes as well. All I've learned is the hard way. If I can help someone avoid a few pitfalls, I'm more than happy.

"Words put forth were inspired by my personal Spiritual experience, knowing what I felt
was just what I stated, and each shall surely experience a different emotional and/or physical reaction.
One does not need to "seek" anything, for I believe IF the time should come, the Holy Spirit touches
lives, often in profound ways. I rebuke those who tend to "make light" of something out of their element,
being clueless about a life-changing experience. I stand by my truth."

Hi, I am a brand new christian and this forum. I feel the need to share my story thus far and how God guided me to Christianity and the Bible, I am starting to read the Bible and feel more understanding and spiritual discipline will come, however felt I needed to ask some big questions that I need to get my perception right (for now).
Questions are-

Does God and Jesus remain with you 24/7, 365 days a year for our entire life or do they come and go?. (When I pray I feel like God and Jesus is elsewhere and I wait for them to come or some sort of message, I look within myself to feel if they are there, and not really feeling it)

Does Satan come and go by a bad choice (I occasionally have slipped back to the booze and start dreaming and or thinking (delusion) about my spirituality I believe this is Satan, in the past I thought it was God. The next day I am overwhelmed with guilt that I got suckered again and stooped again to a bad choice, then pray all day for God and Jesus to help me, then once the emotional pain has gone I tend not to be disciplined in praying when things are good, so silly!.)

Other than this I am a good person, kind to others, and make an effort, thanks for listening.
do you see sin? God will become more apparent in your life, when you listen to that voice you have, when you are tempted to sin. when we sin, we are not following the jesus so god waits and watches you, he will never leave you. fight the good fight my friend avoid sin even though the flesh is weak. the lord has forgiving you so dont lose faith. turnfrom sin and it will flee from you. this is our struggle we all go throw this..
