Hi all I used to use this site over 10 years ago under a different name. What I'm wondering is - I see the Chat App is "Under Construction" for the past many years - is that a dead duck or will it be revived?
Do those who installed the app before "reconstruction" still have access to it?
There is an apk available online I'm wondering is it safe to install that?

The app is completely offline and has been for a while. I have no idea when (or if) it will be back since I am not involved in that function.
