What's For Dinner

Stevia has a licorice taste to it and I handle that. I prefer a tad of plain cane sugar.

I only try to consume the stevia sweetened drinks due to the zero glycemic index, meaning it doesn’t spike blood sugar at all, and if someone were to be in ketosis, it won’t kick them out of ketosis, while they are burning fat. If someone were to consume cane sugar while in ketosis, it’s almost a hundred percent chance if they have sugar, that it will kick them out of ketosis, thus having to start the ketogenic process all over again, which takes around three to seven days of strict ketogenic meals, along with intermittent fasting.

What’s for late night dinner? About to have a Chicken Quesadilla (just cheese and chicken) from Alberto’s in Southern California. If you ever visit here, which I recommend you don’t cause it’s like the least vacationy spot you can go to in the world but if you do…Alberto’s is like the best of the best Mexican drive thru food. It’s one of a kind and hits the spot every time.

Everytime Alberto’s is mentioned in our house, everyone gets excited.

Lamb burger on sesame brioche buns (the ones from Aldi that are imported from France).

You have some really fancy meals and the pictures are half way present day professionalism, where mine, you can tell a guy who probably lives in his sisters basement took the photos.

Compared to mine? Mine, you see dog and cat hair on the bed. Yours are like half way to a Martha Stewart catalog in comparison.

What is touted as the world's greatest macaroni and cheese. It is the best store bought Mac and cheese I've tasted, I do admit. With a veggie protein "chicken" breast sandwich.

I know I’m trying to be more disciplined at keto but I literally screw up daily, so I have not been in ketosis at all in the past year or so. If I did take it more seriously, I would try more but I haven’t set a goal for it year, so there is not target.
