I should say at the onset here, I am not single, but only speak on this issue as it pertains to one’s singularity with the Lord.
It is shameful even to mention what the disobedient do in secret. (Ephesians 5:12)
Thank God so little sexual content is mentioned on this website! Yet, is there a ministry there? Of course. Is there cause for discipleship along these lines? I would contend, limitedly, a case-by-case basis for support, otherwise in general, no. It takes an individual’s bearing down (1 John 2:14). It would be more in tune to bring to light some fundamental pointers of precept to grant that quick vision on one’s victory. That is, if someone’s sexual sensation has become a problem, it might take more than to simply advise the sufferer to ‘Snap out of it’, as in (1 Corinthians 10:13).
Some of us I would venture, are not very good at snapping out of it. Sensation should be as God intended; within our control to project at the appropriate time, such as for newlyweds and not to be harassed by. If this is a current condition that isn't being controlled by the sufferer as he knows it should, then it's time to come and share an available spot at the table shared by many, wherein we all "received the Spirit of sonship, by whom we cry, “Abba! Father!”. But the sufferer often times knows this and is what he wants, but the sensation continues. Not only is uncontrolled sensation unhealthy to our spiritual relationship to Him, but unhealthy to that loss of self-control.
Today, we have many things to turn to aid in that V-13s "escape". Indeed, we "trust, , in the living God, who gives us richly all things to enjoy." (1Timothy 6:17). But sometimes, life can offer us a change of course wherein that primary unhealthy condition is once again staring us in the face, who knows, possibly all alone, just you and the Lord who knows all about our struggles. We have to accept this as a truth. That is why I advise myself to remember an important turning point that helped me gain the victory which is based in that passage I consider a dovetail to V-13,
"The days will come when the bridegroom is taken away from them, and then they will fast in those days.” (Luke 5:35)
Why fast? Because, flesh needs to be under your control, that's spoken of elsewhere too. If sensation is at the point of temptation, then God, your helper needs to be near. "Draw near to God and He will draw near to you." (James 4:8) Sensation is threatening to take the Bridegroom from our presence through our weakness, not His. How fast did I see results? The very same day, not drawn out at all!!!
As any sufferer who does as advised, I am confident, this will be of immense benefit in walking with Him. Hallelujah!
