You have consistently added to a question I asked. The question was simply do you worship God for the the things He has done for you? Either you do or you don't.
It was never my intention to question whether you worship God. My apologies.
You originally asked me if I love the Lord for what He has done. I told you that I love Him for who He is. If you think that doesn't answer your question then maybe I'm not the one with a lack of reading comprehension skills.
You then changed it to do I worship the Lord for what He has done for me.
Love is how I think, worship is what I do. Two different (but related) things.

If you believe love isn't what you do, you may want to reread about the good Samaritan. Love is not just an emotion. Love becomes love when it actually responds to the needs of others. There is no love without action. God loved so He gave. Two of the men were aware of the need. They didn't love their neighbor.
But I don't care to continue in an unprofitable discussion. But thanks for your time and effort.
Love Believes 1 John 4:9-11 - God sent His one and only Son into the world, so that we might live through Him. 10 And love consists in this: not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son as the atoning sacrifice for our sins. 11Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.

What do you want to discuss? Love and worship of God or how we behave toward our fellow man? Please make up your mind.
You have a habit of constantly changing the goal posts and then complaining about my answers.
There is absolutely nothing I can do for God that would benefit Him in any way. I love Him for who He is and my worship of Him comes out from that. If what he has done is my only basis for loving Him it might end up a love/hate relationship as some of the things He has done in my life has been very painful.
Huh?? I said "love is how I think". How does that equate to emotion? You need to start listening to what people actually say and not what you think they are saying.
You seem to have a bit of bitterness in your heart towards me. No doubt I have been offensive. So I hope you will accept my sincere apology.
Grace and peace.

Bitterness isn't born of love. And we do reap what we sow. Also, blessed are the pacemakers, for they keep hearts beating. I may have gotten that last beattitude a little confused.
