On the heels of the tragic collision of American Airlines Flight 5342 and the Army Black Hawk helicopter that crashed into it Wednesday night, killing 67, the Christian remnant of the world mourns with the families, friends affected.

At the risk of sounding incredibly disrespectful, I would like nonetheless to call out the many events that rose to their feet, or bowed their heads in a solemn moment of silence for those experiencing loss from this. How I wish unifying moments like that carried the weight of impact from a prayer for those closest to the survivors as it could.

Using the premise of a people whose nation is founded on and comprised of mostly Christians, how do you view the condition of MOS/IGWT? I believe there remains a concern for professing Christian’s MOS. For often, there is no recognition of the deity, leaving millions of young Christian converted souls to shirk the notion that Jesus Christ, one with the Father and Holy Ghost will gladly share His entity with others??

For whoever is ashamed of Me and My words,

the Son of Man will be ashamed of him when He comes

in His glory and the glory of the Father and the holy angels.

Luke 9:26, Matthew 10:32-33, Mark 8:38

‘'', , weep with them that weep.'' (Rom 12:15)

Now I have no problem with silent prayer, especially by those who can correct a misspoken thought that was silently said (sensitivity). Do you hold the same concern as I to conflate MOS & IGWT? Continue to remember them.

Again we are reminded of our mortality and need to be ready to meet Him.

There is no question as the disciples themselves faced the need for the Holy Spirit to grant boldness and wisdom to testify Jesus. We can do nothing without Him.

MOS/IGWT? Huh?

Grammar tip: the first time you use an abbreviation or acronym, spell it out and put the acronym in brackets like this:

"The context is the United States of America (USA). In the USA, the majority of adults align politically with either Democrats or Republicans."

Also, insignificant words such as "of" are generally presented in lower case in acronyms, or not represented at all. By putting the spelled-out words in the thread title but not associating them directly with the acronyms, you facilitate confusion. :)

There are exceptions to that standard. Such as titles or phrases that by mere frequency of use elevate all insignificant words to equal status of the primary words. An example of this can be seen in the more common Assembly of God abbreviation (AOG) rather than the proper AoG. likewise, I took it upon myself to apply the same recognition to the well-used, ''Moment of Silence'' (MOS).
