What Days Are You Most Likely to Post/Catch Up With CC?

Hey Everyone,

I am constantly writing down ideas for threads (but getting the energy to actually put them into fully written thoughts is another matter.)

I was just curious if there are any particular days people are most likely to post on the forums. I know it might be assumed on the weekends, but I don't think we've ever had a thread like this so it seemed like an interesting question to ask.

I'm posting here in Family because I know for most people, family matters are what dictate their schedules.

I'm going to post a poll with multiple choice but hidden answers (in case some want privacy for their schedules.)

The system only allows for about 10 answers, so there are always a ton of other possibilities. What's yours?

P.S. Regarding the poll answers...

One of the reasons I come and go from this site so often is because my Trained Monkey has the unsavory habit of going on strike.

Personally, I think he's just bitter that I named him Ham (you know, as in, "It's time to Ham things up!",) but I'm also trying to eat a lower carb diet -- and I think he's disgruntled at having a few bananas docked from his pay.

Anytime time allows. I could be here a lot, or I might not be here much (due to personal things going or projects or what-have-you). I don't have any specific days.

Your ingenious threads are smashing and I quite enjoy the humor also!

Btw, I admit, I picked the 7th option just because I found it hilarious. I don't actually do that though!

I have to admit.

I'm beginning to wonder if maybe I'm actually a closeted, introverted comedian who's just too lazy and too averse to dealing with people in real life, but am still wanting to try out a few jokes!

In all seriousness, when I've prayed to God about how He can use me, I honestly feel like He's told me for a long time that people need threads like this. Life is hard. Why not get through it together?

And if nothing else, it's at least a (water) closeted way of getting people to confess what they're REALLY doing while sitting in the bathroom!

Personally, I'm very partial to the comical options on your polls. That's are my favorite part of the poll!

When I’m not working (which is usually ALL the time…when I’m not following my weekly schedule) or having a “God day”.

I check in at least once most days to see if there are any threads that interest me.

Evenings mostly but I check throughout the day too. Sometimes I'll get a chance to take the laptop somewhere I have Wi-Fi and it's easier to type.

I took a long break and have just recently been active again, I think I kinda forgot how much fun it is.

I'd be here more often if there was coffee.

I usually check in first thing in the morning, at lunch break, right when I get off work and occasionally throughout the evening.

Mostly when I don't have anything pressing to do.

I'm suspect you, @seoulsearch, were thinking of my inclusion when you, or your monkey ghost-writer, compiled these voting options. I heard something that 'spoke to me' saying, "You thrive in chaos," considering that, when things are going too well, I become very anxious. But of course, in my ambition to remain the rogue, I left off answering your call to reply for a time that I had the most fitting answer which I happened upon while participating in the BDF. I come and go, similar to but not exactly personified in chaos, but like the wind, a refreshing breeze, but with a small hint of the whiff of rotten eggs.

During the recent site crash, I found myself regretting that I had not taken opportunity to procure your personal contact info so that I could maintain some semblance of composure that cc hadn't been lost forever and ever' for whatever reason. I mean, a better description for the error other than 'fatal' would be less disconcerting.

Btw, I'm scheduled to help in catering a rather large group of Mason Grand Masters this weekend ... if I don't return, then the rumors about them are all true!!!

Let's just say, my chaotic ghost monkey writer may or may not have been talking and texting with YOUR chaotic ghost monkey writer when I was coming up with the poll options...

But to maintain the illusion of privacy for BOTH of our ghost monkey writers... I can neither confirm nor deny this.

Everyone needs a little daily dose of trouble.

I check in daily in the morning to see what are the latest/newest posts on the home page. I don't spend too much time on CC during work. I will look more in the evening, if I see something interesting. I don't think too deep until the weekend. In the past when I worked from home, I spent more time here.

I come here when i get the time. Just to spend time with people with matters related to faith and life. Keep it easy. I try to be here when I can. That's what a community is about. But life is usually busy for me.
