I agree. The only people who got rich on all this were those who listened to what Trump said, those who lambasted him and accused him of being an idiot were the ones who got "rinsed" according to the unhinged lady.

Other that being sleazy, I thought that he did a decent job as president. He was the last president to actually have a balanced budget. For the record, I didn't vote for him though.

What is insider Trading?

This is where you take information that is inside the company and not made publicly available to make money on a publicly traded stock. The idea being that it is not fair for someone on the board of directors, or the CEO, or the wife of a CEO to be making money on stock trades by using information that is not available to everyone else and which gives you an unfair advantage. A very good example of this would be Pelosi feeding her husband inside information that he then traded on.

So then if you wish to charge Trump or his billionaire buddies of insider trading I would have a few questions.

1. When was it first public knowledge that Trump intended to use tariffs on other nations to balance the trade? That was part of his presidential campaign. By definition a campaign is when you make public the policies you will implement if you are elected. So this was common knowledge prior to Trump having any ability to manipulate any stocks. That is critical.

2. When was it public knowledge that Trump would "reward" those who complied with his tariffs without responding tit for tat while punishing those that did? Well that was made public when he imposed the tariffs. This was stated in Presidential press conferences.

3. Did anyone profit on stock trades made prior to Trump saying he intended to impose tariffs? No. The evidence suggests the money was moving to gold after the election whereas Trump stated his intentions before the election.

4. Did anyone profit on buying back stock after it crashed based on Trump rewarding those who complied with his tariffs before his intention was made public? No. It was made public prior to the tariffs being imposed.

However, I appreciate that Dude, HeisHere and RA are so passionate against insider trading, so by all means let's prosecute Pelosi and her husband and all the other congressmen and senators who have participated in this.

Where is the science in saying men can get pregnant or men are not stronger than women so let them play against each other. Where is the science behind saying liquor stores and pot stores are essential business.
