Where is the Collagen? From a former Vegan, my Doctor Jennifer Daniels.
She is a lovely 60 some year old who teaches this class, highlighted in blue, on nutritional sources of certain protein .
I dated someone else, one of the loveliest ladies I've ever met. She was the future plan for my advertising and a billboard on the side of the building facing the busiest intersection in the city where I was establishing a health business. One thing she shared was that in spite of her appearance, she had serious health problems even at her college age. She told me that it was due to her diet as a vegan.
It's none of my business what anyone else eats unless they become my client and ask. The class might someday be helpful if you ever have a a dietary related challenge common to that diet choice.
