Without getting into the science of genetics too deeply, all the genes necessary to produce any actual attribute of man was in the genetic code of Adam and Eve. And there are passages of "men of renown" and "mighty men" following the flood. Were these men Nephilim?

My basic argument is that God made much of establishing that things reproduce after their own kind. And since the scripture nowhere says that men and angels are the same kind, there is no biblical basis for an offspring coming from such a union.
