Counter argument to liability: My client created a sandwich their gastrinal system was use to. And therefore,the sandwich in question was their personal property first.

Yeah that's the usual defense. You have to prove you customarily eat really hot stuff.
I would fail that SO hard. I'm allergic to pain. If I wanted to deliberately inflict pain on myself I would smash my finger with a hammer or something.

A diet of very hot foods impacts the stomach and intestines.
I heard recently studies show it causes cancers of the stomach and intestine.
I watched a video a couple of years ago where a rich chef on his private island was going to record and post his proof that Ghost Pepper isn't that hot.
Maybe the word,Ghost, should have been a clue.
He takes this huge Ghost Pepper by its stem and bites it off at the stem!
He starts chewing ,and says it is just as he thought. No big deal.
And as soon as he finished saying that,things changed.
I heard he later died of gastric hemorrhage.
Private island,no local hospitas.

He was warned.
If shopping for hot peppers it is advised, don't touch them with bare hands. Use one of the plastic produce bags as a makeshift glove to avoid getting the oils on your hands.
Because later if your eye itches and you rub it with that hand,you are at serious risk.
Because the oils remain unless you scrub them after initial contact.
Sometimes nature tells us,don't touch!Dont eat! Dont ascend!

Maybe it's just me, but I'd be a little concerned about anyone (guy or girl) who said they were good with cheetahs and jungle clothing.
I mean, to each their own, and I'm not judging...
But I sure would be curious.
Though I'd also be WAY too terrified to ask any further questions!!
