How many times have I told you that marriage is for all mankind, not only Christians, and couples who never knew God can have happy, lasting marriages too?

Is the government Caesar or not? Does marriage require a piece of paper from the government or not? I don't know what country you're living in, around here this is required. Wedding, sex, engagement, private arrangement, none of these bind a couple in marriage, only that piece of paper counts. If that you still can't understand, than go in peace.
Yes, you need a marriage license to get married.
