The Word of the Lord does have things to say about the angels, but "Fools rush in where angels fear to tread" isn't something the Lord said. As such, it's meaningless.

Dan 12:1 And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.

Has anyone written a Touched by An Angel book or was the tv show based on one?

I don't remember ever reading a story about angels except in the Bible

No it has to be New Testament
Like Book of Revelation...plenty of angels in that one. I am being very picky about scripture, words of Christ in Red or nothing lol
