OK, you will have to explain what a RINO is. Will there be enough votes to get the Republicans in again? That's what counts. If The Iran campaign turns out well, Democrats will be in trouble. I hope and pray the Democrats are wiped at the next election. We need our local equivalent consigned to the wilderness also. There are some good signs.

The greatest need in America is fair elections. Democrats can't win fair elections. To win nationally they need to rig the system. Trump is doing better in ratings than Bush or Obama at this point in his presidency. Foreign news concerning American politics is not accurate.

One scenario: Americans get tired of the Republicans and vote Democrat next election. Kiss your democracy goodbye.
I heard that the two richest nations on earth based on mineral wealth are Canada and Australia. Now Trump is already talking about getting his hands on Canada, I wonder if he knows Australia is also rich in mineral wealth?

You laid out most of the denominations quite accurately as I know it . I have searched for a New Testament church in practice, very rare in North America, but could be more common in poorer countries. I don’t know I have little contact with them since Years ago I corresponded with a person in the Philippines, it sounded very much like an Acts ch 2 church . But I never visited it . I did check out the SDA some and they have some good Background, but false prophecies they had a few , and they also adhere to women and that was the root problem I found . I spoke with a few of them and found them lacking in understanding on some issues. Mostly the woman issue they had a leader woman, I can’t remember her name but she lead them astray in my opinion, otherwise they where pretty good but that was well over 100 yrs ago . Today I don’t think they have recovered from yrs ago . They are right about the Sabbath . but seems 1800 years has buried the truth on many issues. Unless you are a RCC , I won’t go there .

J.D. Vance is a Catholic. He is probably the front runner for the next Republican nomination for president. I mean Desantis (Catholic) and Rubio (Catholic) didn't place very well in the last election, but who knows?

Biden was Catholic, so definitely interesting. On the Liberal side we have A.O.C. who is also a Catholic. It seems very likely, the next president of the United States will be Catholic. Gavin Newson is also Catholic, if anyone was wondering.

Don't forget pleading the 5th Fauci, a Jesuit-Catholic.

Things could be tanking hard in 2029. Protestants are being systemically cut out. Might be a good time to start praying for the nation.

The Protestant Reformation is over !! as evidenced by King Charles, the Supreme Governor of the Church of England, meeting with Pope Leo.
The first head of the Church of England to publicly pray with the Pope, in more than 500 years, since the SPLIT, at the Reformation.
This a BIG DEAL, for Adventist, Bible Prophecy believing, Protestant Christians. The fulfillment of Rev 13:3;

Rev 13:3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.

I've started this thread, for us to talk about the implications of this event, in relation to the "The Signs of the Times" and this prophecy heralding the SOON return of our LORD Jesus. Let us put this prophetic event in historical context, that leads us up to TODAY ... and the implications of how it is effecting what's happening here in the USofA and in the world in general.

Let us discern, what and who, are the Dragon, The Beast and the False Prophet of Rev 13 ... as this understanding may well impact our eternal salvation.
HERE is a 20 min video presentation of the significance and details of this event; (Please watch so you are informed) Let me know what you think.

“The King, The Pope, and The Mask": Did the Pope & King of England Just End the Reformation?

SDA by chance?

Nice pictures, but the UK is sinking into a mire of poverty and debt. However, it is refreshing not to see a claim that the Jews are the financial rulers of the world.

I think you missed the point……

I did add London in there , because I thought it was interesting

Do you think the Catholic Church has influence in the world?

I was trying to show how influential the Roman Bishop is and tie it to the SDA prophecy.

I do believe that Rome has some influence. Compared to what it was prior to the reformation, it is nowhere. Personally, I believe that Rome, Islam and some Jewish religious zealots will merge to form a world religion. There is a lot of discussion among those groups to that end.

However, the idea that the Antichrist will enforce Sunday worship on the world is silly.

Thank you. Since I asked that question, a great deal has happened. And for sure mostly it's bad news. Who would have imagined an American president groveling to his Russian counterpart? Or praising the most despotic ruler on the planet? Or ridiculing a president standing up for his own country against the illegal invasion of Russia?

So it seems now that any criticism of Mr Trump makes a Republican "RINO". Am I correct?

No, you are not correct. There are reasons to criticize Trump. Criticism isn't the issue. When lawmakers are elected by a constituency, they should vote according to what that constituency wants. RINOS are those who campaign on one side of an issue, but vote the other way.

Politicians these days campaign in order to be elected. Then the constituents desires become much less important. Mr Trump's approval rating rather reflects that. I do not subscribe to "all evil or all good" model of politics. We had a detestable state leader where I live. He is mates with North Korea's Kim. However, he also resolved a transportation issue neglected for decades by both sides of politics. I applaud Mr Trump for what he has done for Israel. I an appalled at his treatment and contempt for Ukraine and his admiration for Putin and Kim.

God makes nations rise or fall. (Daniel 2:21). Christians should not be trusting men to make their nations great.

All that is fine, but has nothing to do with RINOS and what they consist in.

It's o.k., if you think it's silly, but have you looked into it, or you are basing your judgement on just a snap decision? That's why I have been posting in this thread, to bring awareness.

It may come off as a little far fetched, especially when you consider, that our constitution protects religious freedom, but there are movements going on, that maybe surprising. Also, there are historic blue laws that America had, and some of these laws have some lingering effects even today. Such as why are banks closed on Sunday, but not Saturday?

I will post more about this topic, because I think there is validity in it. All the garbage evangelical pretrib prophecy is hard not to come across. I'm not saying, that the SDA Church is right or wrong about the end time prophecy, but I will say, it's possible. And considering their views have been held for a long period of time, maybe they should be listened to, instead of mocked without even knowing their view point in-depth.

The more I look into it, the more possible it seems to me. Did you know the majority of the Supreme Court Justices are Catholic? The next presidential election will probably have all the front runners being Catholic. Anthony Fauci is a Catholic. Trumps wife is a Catholic. ETC. Like I said, I will post more later.

I've studied the SDA idea of the mark of the Beast and other oddball beliefs. The weirdest to me is the investigative judgement. Miller had the honesty to say that he was wrong. Some of his followers concocted a theory that makes no sense.

I have a little knowledge of American politics. Last I heard, America is not the whole world. Of course, quite a few Americans are not aware of that. According to the antisemites, Jews control the world, all 15 million of them. My Bible tells me that Satan controls the world system.

Around 2 billion Muslims meet on Fridays. 1.2 billion or so Hindus have a "god a day" to worship. About 2.6 billion Christians (using the word in the broadest sense) meet on Sunday. So according to SDA doctrine, all Christians are already doomed. I'm glad that my eternal life does not depend on which day of the week I fellowship with other believers.

There are many theories about the so-called mark of the Beast. I do not know what it is. I do know that buying and selling will be prohibited for the unmarked. To me, that implies being in business, but I could be wrong. One thing I am sure of. It has nothing to do with which day believers get together to worship God.

I was trying to keep the topic in line with the thread, which I why I chose this thread to write in. Also, since it relates to the SDA Prophecy. I really believe the O.P. is SDA, since he was pretty much echoing what that church teaches.

As far as other faiths, the Roman Bishop pretty much blurs the lines in other faiths all day long. You know about the heathen infiltration in Catholic doctrine? Like Sun "worship", worship on "SUNDAY", the calender the most everyone uses is the Gorgian Calendar.

You do know many Reformers/Protestant Leaders named the office of the Vatican as the anti-christ?!?! The Catholic Church pretty much swallows up all religions, and tries to be the leader. The Catholic Church's calendar literally names the days of the weeks for Pagan gods, Calendar is based on the sun's orbit, and months are named after pagan gods and Roman Emperors.

You can believe whatever you want, but I figure it's good to share some knowledge. What you do with it, is entirely up to you.

"The Gregorian calendar is the modern solar calendar introduced in 1582 by Pope Gregory XIII to replace the Julian calendar and is now the world’s most widely used civil calendar." random quote

"Many Pagan traditions honor the sun, often personifying it as a deity, but sun worship is typically symbolic rather than literal worship of the sun itself." random quote

---------------------------------------------------
“But the plan of salvation also includes those who acknowledge the Creator, in the first place among whom are the Muslims: these profess to hold the faith of Abraham, and together with us they adore the one, merciful God, mankind’s judge on the last day.”
"While not a formal dialogue, the Hindu-Catholic consultation hosts a public Hindu-Catholic encounter as part of the annual meeting."

Oh, and don't forget the original post in this thread, where he is saying, that Protestants and Catholics are merging, or something similar in meaning. Something to think about for sure. Also, if you notice, there are many sanctions and swift bans on countries, which show that buying and selling is being largely controlled by the U.S..

Russia and China are trying to bring an alternative, but I strongly doubt they will win in the grand scheme of things, as far as economic order, but I could be wrong.

All that is fine, but has nothing to do with RINOS and what they consist in.
RINOS are those who will say anything to get elected, and if that means pretending to support a certain platform they do it, however, the people pulling the strings are the ones financing their campaign to the tune of $3 million to win a seat in the US congress and $27 million to win a seat in the US senate.

I was at the Republican convention this summer in our state and one of the biggest and most contentious debates was over whether or not to censure those who had not supported the Save America act. The motion failed to pass. Why do you think that is? Because those pulling the strings do not want those strings cut.

That means it is not only Democrats who are profiting from election fraud, but RINOS as well.

We have another problem as well and that is people changing party affiliation to Republican right before a primary and then changing back right after the primary. There are a lot of ways to game the system.
