Hey all, I have just learned that a good friend of mine's 12-year-old son has lymphoma. It is pretty massive. They are doing surgery Friday to remove what they can in the tonsil area..they cannot remove whats in his throat, nasal passage, or ear. We don't yet know much more of the prognosis of this, but I do know it is going to be tough for him and his family.

We are all very worried about this wonderful young man and we know that only with the power of prayer will he be able to overcome this and continue to bless this world with his presence.

Please all pray for him and for his family.

Hey guys, I just wanted to give you all an update on the young man I requested prayer for.

They finally were able to tell them today that he actually has nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Tomorrow, they are putting a feeding tube in and putting a port in and starting radiation. They said that there is an approximately 70% chance of cure and survival. Of course, that is not as high as we would all love it to be, but we are going to think positive and think, at least it’s not less than that.

Chris, his Mom, and new Step-Dad are all trying to keep their spirits high, but as you know, it is hard to do in that situation. I ask that you all continue to pray for them that they stay strong and make it through all of this just fine.

I have told her that there are tons of you praying for her and she wanted me to tell you all that she feels your prayers and Thank You so much for keeping them in your prayers.

Anytime I know more, I will let you guys know.
