talbert92 I will pray for you.
I also want to give you some words of encouragement. I have been praying for my best friend for almost 30 years. She was a heroin addict you name it and she has done it. Each time she would get cleaned up...serve God and then revert back to her old ways always getting deeper into drugs. This is what she would tell you.

There is only satisfaction in God.
Wake up each day and say, TODAY I WILL SERVE THE LORD. There is only satisfaction in serving Christ Jesus.
Surround yourself with fellow believers.
Don't give in. Everyday you are in a battle. There are no days off.

This is my prayer for you:
Heavenly Father talbert92 wants to serve you and be the child of God you have called her to be. Jesus keep her clean, healthy and away from drugs and alcohol. Jesus make yourself real to her so that he "craves" you! Jesus place in her the need to be in your presence so that she will stay away from her old life. God help her memorize your word because that will be her strength and refuge against the lies that Satan will whisper in her ear. Jesus guide her, envelope her in your love and let her be still and know that you are God. Amen

Lord he is calling out to you...speak to his mind, body and spirit...fill him with your wisdom, love and strength. Let Your ear be attentive and Your eyes open to hear the prayer Your people are praying. Lord only you redeem by Your great strength and mighty hand. Keep his mind on what is eternal...
not on what is temporary and empty. Give him a new craving that would bring him into balance with Your plan for his life, give him a Jesus high.
Put people in his life to keep him on track. Lord may he be so full of your spirit every day...that there would be no room for the enemy to even find one
sliver of room in his life, let no weapon formed against him prosper!!! I thank you Lord for your faithfulness to us! In Jesus mighty name Amen

2 Cor 4:18
So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.

Isaiah 54:17
no weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and this is their vindication from me," declares the LORD.

Phil 4:13
I can do everything through him who gives me strength.

God will lead you into your healing if you allow him to. He knows your heart. He knows the path you need to take and the one you will take. Lean on him each day, and remember most people have their own addictions. I may not drink or do drugs but I am in many ways addicted to mothering. I have to guard my heart and mind in this area, and I fail all the time. God will lead you.
