Pray for her and ask if you can pray "with" her...Not discuss religion, but just pray "with" her. If she hesitates, I would suggest telling her she is in your prayers routinely.
Sometimes, it just has to be the "right" moment. The Holy Spirit will let you know when that moment has come.
