I broke my wrist today at work when I fell after my recently sprained ankle gave out from under me. I go to a specialist tomorrow morning to have it double checked and casted. Pray for quick healing on both my ankle and wrist. typing is difficult at the moment so it will be hard for me to chat for a few days.

Wrist casted, and boot on my foot for the ankle. They x-rayed the ankle this morning and the doc said I tore 2 ligaments, one on top of the other. Have to wear the boot for 2 weeks, and at the same appt in 2 weeks they will remove my current cast, reposition my wrist and the re-cast it for another 3 weeks. Originally they wanted me to take 2 weeks off of work, but I argued with the doc about it because I really did not want to sit at home for 2 weeks doing nothing. So I will start back to work on Sunday.
