This is really upsetting.
We can keep praying and we want this request to be granted, but we are just men, God's will and free choice of others is above us. We cannot force anything to happen. We've already petitioned with faith before God on another thread. Praying "real hard" cannot affect the will of the sovereign God. I know it is hard on you but please be patient... and I still believe you need God's peace way more than this call. Tbh it really unsettles spiritually to read another thread on this with bumping every few hours. It gives reader restlessness and weariness in heart. People actually care when reading this forum. Please forgive me being this blunt... it HURTS me and others to see you in such distress over if someone will give you a call or not and refusing to be relieved in God's presence. Although being married I can imagine how important this might be, God is enough for us all to have peace. If your friend cares about you, he would NOT be happy to find out you are in distress, nor is God happy with it! Please accept comfort from the Word of truth - it is the fresh Water and given for free - only if you will drink!

So sorry if I upset anyone 
He does call me at different times, I just like God's support and the support of prayer that he will continue to stay in contact and never gives up on our continued friendship. To tell the truth, it is all that keeps me real happy right now. We live long distance and I am waiting to hopfully meet him one of these days when we get the money. Thank you all and God Bless!!!

Well that is great news that you found somebody dear, but just try to have peace in God that your relationship with this friend will stay strong in God and continue - why would it not? Dont be anxious dear Sister. When we are anxious by placing faith into negative we give power and untie hands of the enemy to come in and act in our lives. Prophet Job made a mistake of worrying... and all that trouble came upon him just because of worry.
If a friendship does not abide in God and His Love firmly, that is not a relationship that is a keeper anyways, it will be only a platform to display selfish wants and needs and it will be shakeable and hurtful to begin with. I told long ago to myself, if it wont last forever - then I dont care for it, lol! Isnt it so great having a true Christian friend, you know they will always love you purely and wish you well no matter what the circumstances. That is one of rare comforts on this planet but the best comfort is in God. Satan is just trying to steal your joy of meeting this precious person by worrying... smile and God bless you!
