My brothers and sisters in Christ...
If God moves you to pray, please pray for my daughters family.
Her husband is going for training and will be gone for a year.
They have two girls, a 3yr old and a 7 month old.
I will be here to help her...maybe I need prayer too...lol
God Bless your faithfulness!
Love in Christ, Shekaniah

A whole year? :( Just because at the ages of your grandbabies, that's a long time. Thank the Lord for Skype!
I have an old friend (all my friends are old now? lol) whom I met when we were 11. He's a full bird colonel (P) now ( West Point grad) and recently spent a year in Afghanistan training troops...but his "baby girls" are in their late 20s.

I have prayed for your SIL, your daughter and granddaughters, and for you--you're right, you'll need it! ;)
I ask that the Lord keep them all safe, sane, and that he reunite them the very second it's possible.
And again, my thanks to you ALL for the sacrifices you make. :)
When does he leave? Is the training in country?

love,
ellie

My daughter join a gym and has made some more friends.
Her attitude and outlook is very lifted.
Her husband is doing good too!
Their three year old daughter is still trying to adjust. :(
Thank you again for all your prayers!

He is training an the other side of the country, he left 3 days ago.
Yes, they will skype; but not for a few weeks.
The training will be intense and he will be out in the field with out a way to contact.
My daughter joined a gym before he left, it made her husband feel better knowing she would be getting out and not just sitting at home missing him.
Thank you for the love and support, Shekaniah :)

Praying for your daughter and her family :) .

A year is a long time. Joining a gym is a great idea. When my children were little joining a toddler's play group helped us to get out of the house (which definitely helped all of our attitudes). I think there are lots of MOPS programs around.

She's blessed to have you for her mother....praying for you too :) .
