I am unable to fixate my eyes on Jesus , on God. Whenever I do , my fears go away. But whenever I fail to read the Bible or do anything proactive in my faith , my faith shakes and my gaze turns from Him to my fallen self and I feel like its a fight. I used to have such a strong faith before. Now after a lot of things have occurred , I find it hard to have faith and by His grace He has given me faith many a times in trouble. I just want to live and walk by faith and not by sight. Pray for me to be able to. Thank you very much.

Our Father God who is an ever present source of love and comfort. Today we come before you as your humble servants out of love for our friend @Scarlett7297.

They are struggling with their faith and have begun to stray from the path of righteousness that you have lain before us all.

We ask, in the name of Jesus, that you intercede on their heart and strengthen and restore their faith so that they can fully know your Glory once again.
Amen

I am glad to pray for you and reaching out and involving others in prayer on your behalf is an excellent idea. I would also like to encourage you to continue to be vigilant in seeking after God...And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart...Jeremiah 29:13

We will always have the flesh vs the Spirit, even Paul said he does the things he doesn't want to and doesn't do the things he wants to, at times. I build my faith by listening and/or reading the Word every day. Here are some Scriptures I like to quote each day:
Phil 4:6 'Be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.…'
Jer 17:7 “But blessed are those who trust in the LORD and have made the LORD their hope and confidence".

I apologize for the last post. Not sure how that happened. What I meant to send was that those are really encouraging verses. I would probably include the following two verses in Philippians. Not only do we receive the peace of God in verse 7 but we also receive the God of peace Himself in verse 9.
