There were so many times where i was angry with God, and believed that he wasn't listening to my prayers or taking time out for them. When bad situations got better, i would feel better with God and ask him to forgive me for doubting him. Sometimes i debated on his existence because of prayer. Then i realized that everything i go through leads me to something else..... So there is reasons for the bad, and there is reasons for the good. God knows what he is doing whether we like it or not....

""""""If your praying about it, stop thinking God isn't listening to you and start accepting that "where you are" is where Christ wants you to be. God is ALWAYS there once you call on his name """"""" -Me :)

Yes I'm waiting on God right now. To wait on God means to expect Him. I expect Him to do great things in my life, He's going to take care of me and help me get back into school and get another job.

Keep the faith!

Philippians 4:10-12
New King James Version (NKJV)
10 But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly that now at last your care for me has flourished again; though you surely did care, but you lacked opportunity. 11 Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content: 12 I know how to be abased, and I know how to abound. Everywhere and in all things I have learned both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.

There is definitely no doubt in my mind that He hears all of your prayers. However, you have to consider the circumstances you're in at the moment it is possible that God is testing your faith (Of course he will not give you more than what you cannot handle). If not, then He probably has good reasons on why He's not answering your prayers to Him. God has a unique plan for everyone. Refer to Jeremiah 29:11 which states, "'For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." At times, God may not seem like he's answering you're prayers intentionally and in turn it makes many lose faith in Him, but you have to understand that if what you ask of Him is valid He will most likely grant it. You must also believe deep down in your heart that He will fulfill whatever you ask of Him(Mark 11:24, "Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours."). Sometimes He will grant your petition later on because presently simply isn't the proper time nor place for Him to answer it. God is omnipotent and omniscient so he knows what you need now and in the future.

May God Bless you.

Prayer works. Not for you, but for Him. If you stop praying for yourself and start praying for the Kingdom you will have God’s favor. I know this from experience and from what the Good Book says. James 3:4 says: You ask, and don’t receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it for your pleasures. I spent years praying for all sorts of things thinking and I began to think that God wasn’t listening to me. Then in Bible college I was talking to my mentor one day and I realized I was praying with myself in mind instead of God. So that day I went to my room and shut the door, and I said to God that I wanted to affect this world based simply on what He wants for me. Whatever He wants. And so I was careful, that before I asked Him for anything I would not say a word until my heart said it for the sake of God and not just for me. Consider the entire book of Ecclesiastes speaks of blessings that mean nothing. Nothing unless God was there alongside every bit of the way.

It seems contradictory to think one can be selfless when asking for something for yourself, but think about this. If your blessing helps the Kingdom of God then it helps a true and worthy cause. You are apart of that Kingdom so sanctify yourself. Satan’s goal is to damage God’s Kingdom as much as he can until He’s locked away in the depths of the earth, and as Christians we build this Kingdom by actively spreading God’s truth and love to the ends of the earth. Truth and Love are the mission of every prayer and all give glory to God. Pray ceaselessly!!! I pray that you experience a true renewal of the Spirit of Truth within your life. Let Him pour over you!
