Dearest friend in Christ Jesus, Jvb, My prayer is that God through His most Divine Son Jesus will touch you and bring you peace and understanding in whatever is not correct in your life. His power is incomparable so that whatever it is that you are going through can be ameliorated or even eliminated as is His most Holy will. Thank you Jesus for hearing our prayer.

May God Bless You Now and Always!

Jvb, this will be full of typos, I think, as I am actually weeping now...

I remember your previous requests, and something you posted in the Bible forum,
and I hope this isn't out of line, but I feel I must say some things.

The Lord loves you, so tenderly and completely---exactly as you are!
You identify as a believer, and so I conclude you are being lied to, dear friend.
Whether by the enemy of your soul, or your own flesh condemning you, or a combination,
I do not know. But I do believe these are lies, and I know beyond anything that you are
SO beloved of your Father! ♥

for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. (Rom. 14:17)
This is just one verse among many that speaks to your inheritance. :)

You are seen as righteous by your Father---the righteousness of Jesus. :)
Peace and joy are yours by right, because of what Jesus did for y-o-u. ♥

You may have sin in your past (we all do!) but it is past, dear one.
You were completely forgiven the moment you were saved.
In fact, we were talking about this in another thread, where someone said Jesus only died for your past sin,
and I said, "all my sin was future sin when Christ was on the cross".
Then another member brought this verse forward:

And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. (Rev. 13:8)
It's the part in bold that's important here...
Do you see how your name was written in His book, and that He purposed to forgive and save you before He ever began creating? :)

He forgives you!
He loves you!

I am praying for you, that you find a good church where you can talk to the pastor of your anguish.
(typing that word makes my heart break for you, dear one!)
And I ask the Lord for so much grace to be poured into you,
and for His precious mercy, that you will forgive yourself,
and let go of this.
IF there is present sin, merely stop, and ask His forgiveness, which He grants you freely and gladly. ♥
If it is past, please know you are in right standing with the Father because of Jesus. :)

Know that the Lord hears you, my friend.
He knows the words before you speak them!
If you cannot find someone in real, in person life to talk to,
there are brothers in the faith here who can help you.
Reach out! ♥
Most especially to the One who loves you most, and loves you best.
My prayers are for you. ♥

We have come to know and have believed the love which God has for us. God is love, and the one who abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him. (1 John 4:16)

love in Christ,
ellie

Hear my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer.
2 From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I.
3 For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy.
4 I will abide in thy tabernacle for ever: I will trust in the covert of thy wings. Selah.
5 For thou, O God, hast heard my vows: thou hast given me the heritage of those that fear thy name.
6 Thou wilt prolong the king's life: and his years as many generations.
7 He shall abide before God for ever: O prepare mercy and truth, which may preserve him.
8 So will I sing praise unto thy name for ever, that I may daily perform my vows.

My brother, I don't know these sins to speak of...and maybe they were more 'visible'...but they cannot have exceeded my own. :(

For the LORD God is a sun and shield; The LORD gives grace and glory; No good thing does He withhold from those who walk uprightly. (Psalm84:11)

For years I allowed those words to condemn me. My thought process was like this--
If the Lord withholds no good thing from those who walk uprightly, I can expect nothing, because I do still sin...:(
Then I began to see all these good things in my life. I saw that the Lord was giving me good things in spite of my sin! God was pouring grace into my heart to allow me to see Jesus. :)
He began to open my eyes as to what the atonement really means!
It doesn't depend on my faithfulness (thank God!).
It's all about His fidelity!! :)

God began to show me that He is faithful to do exactly what He has promised, which is to forgive me, fully and completely, and forever. :)
I walk uprightly because of Jesus. ♥
Though I will (in this life) always be dragging around this body of death (the flesh), the Father sees me through the blood of Christ. I AM the righteousness of God...and so, my dear one, are y-o-u. :) ♥ (2 Cor. 5:21)
This is not cheap grace (it was,as you know, quite expensive, being bought with that which is beyond price). This is the grace of God that makes us want to walk in His ways.

If you or I sin today (God forbid) we have an Advocate with the Father who always lives to intercede for us!
Will we bring up what God has forgotten? :) (Is. 43:25, among many ;) )
Who will lay a charge against God's elect? :) (Rom. 8:33)
What can possibly separate you from the love of Christ? :) (Rom. 8:38-39)
Please note, that list includes your sin! ♥
You see, dear one, there is, therefore, now NO condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. ♥ (Rom. 8:1)
An old teacher taught me that I should ask, 'wherefore the therefore?' ;)
The 'wherefore' to this one is in the preceeding chapters of Romans, which explain what happens when the Father accepts us in The Beloved. We die to law and sin...to marry the Lord.
We have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer we who live, but Christ lives within us! (Gal. 2:20)

The beauty of the New Covenant is that it is based on better Promises. And these promises are yes! (2 Cor. 1:20) ALL your sin has been put away, and the Father will not impute them back to you...ever.
I encourage you with real tears to get out your Bible and just begin to read. Ask your Abba to show you the Truth. (He sent the Holy Spirit to you so this can happen!)
The promises...the Truth...it's all there. Lay hold of this, beloved of your Father.
Read Luke 15 and see yourself there through the eyes of God.

I am praying...that you will be given grace (a Promise) and faith (a Promise) to just fix your eyes on Jesus. He authored (began) your faith in Him. He will finish (perfect, or complete) it. And He fills up everything that comes between. ♥

So then it does not depend on the man who wills or the man who runs, but on God...... who has mercy. (Rom. 9:18)

love,
ellie

Romans 5:19
For just as through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man the many will be made righteous.
The law was added so that the trespass might increase. But where sin increased, grace increased all the more

John 1:17
For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.

God knows your heart...
Walk in the grace of salvation!
Forgive yourself for being a prodigal son. ( Luke 15:11 - 32)
Jesus is rejoicing your return!

Do a search and read your identity in Christ.
Saved by grace through faith! Not because we are perfect,
but because we allow him to work in us, so that we may become better people :)
God Bless you and keep you close!
Love in Jesus, Shekaniah
