help...temptations and influences

I would like to ask for prayer from anyone who is willing...I will be celebrating my 21st birthday and am not sure that I have the strength of will to resist drink =( Since having my son a few months ago I am more determined than ever to walk on that narrow path, and find this subject in particular hard to overcome.The drinking and the influence of those around me who tell me to drink bc that is what people normally do on their 21st. But I want to be able to say that I acted on my christian heart rather than my worldly wants....but the temptatiion is strong and will be hard to overcome. So those of you who can, please pray that God give me strength to overcome worldly temptation and influence (peer pressure), that I might be a good influence on my son and keep my body the temple of God clean. (not only for my birthday, but in life also lol - just especially on this day when I know people will try to persuade me more than normal) Thank you for your time, and your prayers! <3

Do you know that once when I was lost in a alcoholic bottle (cause it deceives u into thinking its harmless to drink) this was when God had gotten ahold of me and picked up my life. I was fighting letting go of the drinking issue I had (problem that I swore I didn't have) I woke up one morning and as soon as my eyes popped open my hand rested on my belly and the words get out of me in the name of Jesus came out of my mouth (totally the Holy Spirit) cause I have no idea why in the world I said it. I went into the bathroom and I started puking, twice. The first time I puked nothing came out but clear bile. The second time I puked something the shape and size of a big slug that was solid black came out of me and slowly slid down the bath tub. You see the devil is real good at making you think its all fun and more fun and more fun when actually it sneaks up on you and it haunts you and owns you and you become enslaved to it. If you are a child of God he pretty much just takes it away from you as he did me. So be real careful who you listen to God or the Devil. God will tell your heart no no no my child and the devil will say just have one, it wont hurt anything. Which is a huge lie. The devil tried to take my life while I was drinking at least 8 times. I almost drowned but my boyfriend happen to walk into the bathroom just as I sunk under the water. I almost fell face first into a fire. I almost stepped out in front of a car. I fell down the stairs 7 times in a row landing on my neck every single time. Luckily for me my guardian angel and my Jesus loved me enough to not only forgive me but cover me completely in his protection. Be careful here Hava....its a much bigger deal then you realize.

I realize that it is bigger than people make it seem. i have been around alcohol and drugs a LOT of my life and many many other things....this is why i am not trustiing my prayers alone. it is invaluably important for me to avoid drinking..... your testimony is very strong though, and thank you so much for sharing it <3

Praying in Jesus for you and all you ask in Jesus Christ is Lord!

Well I made it through ^^ still not a drop and I plan on keeping that way. though my friend did scare me and said she got me a "scotcch and water" but thats just what the resteraunt called it lol, sprite an flavoring xD thank you alll for your prayers!!!!
