Job Situation

Hello everyone!
Well...today my husband and I found out that he lost his job. We have mixed feelings about it--he didn't really like the job...at all (lol), but at the same time this is a little scary because it was our only source of income.
We feel that maybe God is opening a door, though, and we already have some options to consider.
I just ask that you guys would pray for strength as we face a possibly difficult time (it will definately be a time of change), and that we will remember to trust God. We are doing our best to do that. =]

I really feel God giving me a peace about all of this.
Earlier I was looking up Bible verses about trusting God and came across this one:
"Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I lift up my soul." -Psalm 143:8

And then I looked at the "verse of the day" on this Christian radio station's website...and it was the same verse!
It's so amazing how He speaks to us when we need it the most. =]

You just quoted one of my personal fave scriptures that I love and God our Father often places with me when there is a special care in a request to Him.
Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love for me as I have put my trust in you.
Now I know I need to pray for you as long as you need.
My hubby lost a job when we were young in our marriage, he resigned due to the wrongs that he refused to do.
We struggled for a while, but it brought a good change in our lives and a job that has been a true blessing.
I know this will be for you as well.
